Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans cette maison. L’emplacement est très bien. Target, Walmart et autres boutiques sont à proximité. La cuisine est bien équipée, les chambres sont spacieuse et confortable. La piscine est petite mais très agréable. Nous sommes allés quelques fois en vacances à Orlando et cette maison est notre préférée.

Overall this house is awesome, all four bedrooms are good sized. Tons of living space, the kitchen has everything you need to prepare a family meal. The backyard area was perfect for a family of 5 and pool was convenient to take a dip in to cool off.

Great location but issues

Pros - fantastic location! Super close to anything you would want to do and anywhere you want to go. Once we got checked in, house was clean and well maintained, having the private pool had its perks, had some major drawbacks.Clubhouse/Resort “water park” has a lot for a family to do, but once the crowd arrives, it gets packed and teenagers were running wild. A few more staff members and a bit more enforcement of rules would’ve had us visit a bit more/stay longer when playing.Cons - despite being told I was given check in info before arriving (which we never received) it was well after 9pm before we were able to actually get in the house. Not a lot of good return communication as we were trying to just get in and get settled.One of our neighbors was a smoking freight train, smoking not only cigarettes but weed as well, the stench was strong and was all day. Better enforcement of non-smoking would be a huge help! The house suggests sleeps 8, I found that to not be the case, if 8 adults were there no way the private pool would be used, based on size.Overall I am reminded of why I will try to avoid resort location stays and look for private homes, just a lack of overall touch of a “machine” type stay.

Enjoyable Vacation Home

Rental was as described and had plenty of room to spread out in bedrooms. Pool and outdoor space were nice to hang out in. The resort amenities were good. Only made it to the big pool and slides once but was great place for kids.

The perfect week away!

We stayed for six nights while attending a local event and spending a couple of days at Disney—such a great experience ! The gated community was easy to access with the code provided, and check-in was a breeze. The home was clean, welcoming, and had everything we needed—including extra fans and blankets. One box fan was broken, but there were plenty of others, so no issue for the one bedroom without a ceiling fan.The water park just a street over from the main entrance had fun for the whole family, and the nearby lake offered a nice fishing spot (watch out—we spotted a baby gator!). No pest issues at the house, and even our germaphobe family member was happy with the cleanliness.A few minor things like a purple stain on the shower curtain and the typical Florida sulfuric water smell didn’t affect our stay. The washer gave us a laugh—you have to HOLD the power button to turn it off! It isn’t possessed after all!! it’ll beep if it wants attn. WiFi worked great, the hosts communicated well, and check-out was as easy as check-in. The house is close to Disney, the Orlando convention center, and tons of restaurants & shopping. Our only Ireal complaint? Having to go home! We’d definitely stay again!!

Great place near Disney Parks!

This place was very clean, nicely decorated and had its own private pool. It was perfect for 5 guests! Plus, it was pet friendly for our two Yorkies! We enjoyed our stay and will look to book this charming place again. The club pool and mini golf was enjoyable and felt like a resort.

Long weekend stay

Everything went as should. Carpet could def use replacing, pool area could have been cleaned and the outdoor furniture has seen better days as has the couch in the living room. I wish there was some guidance as to where the pool and lazy river/slide/mini golf area was. A map or road name at least. The playground is NOT for kids under 5., perhaps there was another one, but the one near our house was awful.

Family friendly

The community is family friendly and the condos are well appointed. The pool heater was not working properly but they did make an effort to correct. Dissatisfied that they allowed remodeling contractors to make a lot of noise at 7:30 AM on Thanksgiving Day. Parking was tight but manageable. Nice community pool and activity area. Overall a good stay

Hurricane Milton Evacuation

Magic Vacations was great to work with. We needed to evacuate from the west coast of Florida and were able to obtain a reservation for a townhouse. They also allowed us to check in early. The townhouse was equipped with everything we needed. Just would like to say thanks to Magic Vacations for making our stay easy and enjoyable.

Nice size for a family vacation

This rental was a nice size for a family, we had 3 adults 1 child and pets and it suited our purpose just fine. The community has a lot of things to with pools, splash pad, community clubhouse. Only complaint is there are extra charges for use of the grill, seems like that should be included, and lots of signs with rules around. Other than that great place and would stay again.

Great stay

Townhouse was very clean, check-in process smooth. Townhouse is fully equipped with what we needed during our stay. Had a problem with the wi-fi but it was quickly resolved. Not so good that one of the patio doors was very marked / stained... you could not see through the glass. I would also recommend for this size of home there be a full size mirror somewhere in the property. Overall very good experience and would book again.

Short family stay for VB tournament at OCCC

Property is as nice advertised. Very clean and well stocked kitchen . Parking is a little limited directly at condo but always able to find a spot. Pool was well maintained though we did not use. We did visit both pools on the property and they were great. Commute to OCCC was easy despite the usual traffic. Would definitely book again.

Summit Dance Competition

We came for our daughter’s dance competition and had our entire studio staying in the complex! Our unit was equipped with everything you would need. Close to Disney parks and tons of restaurants. The pool was great to have to just layout when we weren’t busy with competition. Definitely would book again if ever in the area again. If I had to give one it didn’t have, it would be washcloths. I didn’t get that memo until we arrived so we had to buy our own and wash them. But wasn’t a real issue.

Spring Break

Property is very clean and nice amenities. The only issue was the gate pass never worked for the back gate and was spotty for the front gate. The pool maintenance came and put a hose in to fill the pool but never came to shut it off so we turned it off before the pool overflowed. I would stay here again.
