So so clean and wonderful for two families with kids! Also Magic Vacation Homes was very responsive to every question I had leading up to and during our stay. So great! Would definitely stay here again!

There are a handful of things that kept me from rating this rental better.While the property tells you they don’t provide washcloths it’s still crazy they don’t. What else do you use to wash your face. They provide hand towels, bath towels and pool towels but not wash cloths. NONE of the fitted sheets on the larger beds actually fit. All of them are too small and don’t stay on the mattress during your sleep. The water pressure in a few showers is minimal. Very hard for women to get shampoo out of their hair. One of the twin beds in princess room is severely missing slat supports for the mattress. Main floor larger bedroom, the mattress sinks to middle of bed causing two people to roll to middle. There are no directions in welcome note to explain how to get to pool and clubhouse. Took 15 mins to realize it is out of the neighborhood. The QR scanner to neighborhood was broken so we had to use call box which was fine until no one answers the call box and you can’t get in. It is in an easy location to get to Disney but there are a few things that need adjusting to make the stay more comfortable.

Mostly good

If you don't like water pressure, I don't recommend this house. It trickled out. Maybe after this review, they will change it. We had no hot water, it was luke warm at best. Maintenance guy came out and tested the temperature through the faucet and it said it was at temperature but he never actually turned the water on to check it manually. There were two pods and two garbage bags, any extras that we needed, we had to get ourselves at the store. Which is quite inconvenient when we are traveling across country, I don't want to spend money to wash dishes just to leave it all there. When we are required to take the trash out and wash dishes before leaving, I don't feel that I should have to pay for those supplies when I'm already paying a cleaning fee. Maybe the places I've visited before have been very accommodating and that's what I'm used to. Cons: -Lack of water pressure -Luke warm water -Not many extra cleaning supplies Pros: -They let us have a 2 hour late check out for no extra cost -Neighborhood was nice, didn't hear the neighbors which was surprising being in a townhouse -Two main bathrooms with en suite bathrooms.

Outstanding stay - worth the price

Magic Vacations is synonymous with quality homes. All check-in process was smooth, answered on time, polite, and with every single information you need to know before entering the home, especially regarding extra fees very well explained. Once inside, you will be profiting from the most cleanliness space I have ever entered in a home in Florida. Ultra comfy beds, great space, outstanding fully equipped kitchen, nice pool for little kids. This place is indeed very close to Disney, between 9-11 minutes until the Disney portal. Osceola Parkway straight to Disney. This is very convenient when you exit the parks by almost midnight and you need to drive home for about 15 minutes only. I would only be careful with the kids' eyes in the pool because it has more chlorine than usual. Swimming goggles solved the problem. Other than that, a secure, convenient, comfortable, and good location for shopping too - only 10 minutes away from Vineland Outlet. I will not think twice once I return to check Magic Vacations homes before anyone else. In fact, we did and rented another place with them again! You will get peace of mind and relax time in this place.

Very nice!

The house was very nice and accommodating. The communication with the property manager was excellent. The internet had went out and they had someone out there immediately to fix it. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the property rental.

Great house/Close Proximity!

This home was perfect for us. We were a group of 10 with 4 adults and kids ranging from ages 5-13. Each couple having a master was ideal! The living spaces were spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed. The only thing that would have made it a little more convenient would be more laundry detergent. That's not something you want to have to purchase while on vacation. Other than that - we all said we would rent this house again! Not to mention the esthetic was perfect! Beautiful design and furniture in the house.

Great week!

This property worked great for our family. The house was decorated very nice; especially the Mickey room. It was a favorite of our granddaughter. We enjoyed the resort pool, but also appreciated the house pool on the days of intermittent rain. The kitchen amenities were the only disappointment. The cookware was broken and very old. It would also have been nice to have some basics, like salt and pepper or coffee available. However; overall, we had a great week at this home!

Wonderful stay

We loved this place! It was super super clean. The pictures were exactly spot on. I loved the set up of the rooms had plenty of room and the community pool area was really fun! Also the owners were really responsive and great to work with!

Wonderful Stay!

The property is just as described. Perfect for a group of moms and their teenage daughters! We really enjoyed all of the amenities of the unit and the resort. Super convenient location. The host was very responsive to questions as well. We would definitely book again if we were back in the area.

Awesome getaway

Really enjoyed the property. Plenty of room and had fun at the pool and the lazy river! Be careful on stairs. There is a little lip on each one so can be tricky at first. That was the only concern!

Cheer Comp + Family Vacay

We came down for All Star Worlds but stayed a little while longer to the parks. We had a great time and had plenty of space for our family. The beds were comfortable and had everything we needed to cook at home. The location is great as it was pretty close to all the parks and Orange County convention center. We will most likely book through Magic homes again!
