2/10 Terrible

As a first time vrbo user things definitely didn't go to plan! Arrived very late at night after 16 plus hours driving. Only to arrive to the heat on in the house and the thermostat was locked, hairs all on stove, remote and other things broken, mattresses had mold stains and crumbs and tons of hairs on them, ceiling lights blown out and not working. We made host aware of issue, and they only responded back to the air/heat situation. We came back the second night after having a full day in Disney only to find ants (ALOT) in every bathroom and crawling into the bedrooms. We immediately messaged the host and even called the phone number provided and received no reply. We stayed up until 2 am cleaning and killing ants. Their response the next day was we could vacate the property by 10 am and we could receive a refund for the rest of our trip. That was on February 9th it is now the 18th and they have not responded and we have still not received our refund. There is much more to this story but unfortunately, I only have so much space to write! Communication was horrible, the cleanliness was by far not what it should be, the lack of effort to remedy the situation was disappointing to say the least, and having to take a family of 6 packed up and find somewhere else to stay was not we had hoped for our family vacation! 10/10 don't recommend!
