Villa was as pictured, spacious, clean and smelled fresh when entering. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, although not hot when heated it was not freezing. Property manager was very helpful with our queries and check in and check out very easy. Would highly recommend.

Perfect Place

Listing was accurate, owner provided detailed instructions so expectations were clear and check-in was seamless. Private pool was heated and awesome to wind down in after the parks. Absolutely no issues and the parks were close. I highly recommend.

Great location

House is very nice, pool is a plus as grandson loved it. Location is wonderful. Communication with owner was great. Only reason I didn't give five stars is because: mattresses and pillows could have been better. And if you rent the home be prepared for the need to purchase items such as paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry soap, sugar and other basics as there are no extra available. Instructions upon leaving ask that you clean, but no cleaning solutions are provided.

Disney Family Vacation

My husband and I stayed for 3 weeks in February with various family members coming to visit. Plenty of room for all, layout of home is great. The best stocked kitchen I’ve stayed at so far!! Heated Pool out back was nice to come back to after a long day at parks. Although lounge chairs could use cushions. Amenities in the Community are an added bonus. The property manager was very responsive when a small issue came up. My only criticism would be the house could use some new paint and carpeting, it’s very dark inside. Overall a great stay!!

Scott, the homeowner, was very responsive to any questions we had, and the property management company quickly resolved a minor issue. This was our third stay in the area, and we love it—it’s the perfect spot for shopping, golf, and Disney. The house matched the description and photos exactly, so you can book with confidence. You’ll love staying here!

Nice property

We loved the big, open floorplan. The pool was nice for afternoon relaxing. The neighborhood was great for walking. The only reasons we didn’t give this five stars is the master bedroom bedding needs to be replaced, and the kitchen was lacking a few essentials (especially a pizza cutter!).

Great location for families

We enjoyed our stay at this location. Very close to Walmart and several restaurants. Also close to a Publix. The house is only a few miles from the entrance of Disney, however generally 10-20 minutes from the actually entrances to each park depending on traffic. The pool was a great amenity. My daughter was in it everyday after we came home. Kitchen is stocked with most pots and pans for cooking needs. We did find a lot of glasses and plates that were still dirty in the cabinets, however. I would recommend throwing everything in the dishwasher upon arrival. Towels were provided for the bathrooms and pool. These could use an upgrade. Very well worn and older. If you are particular, I would recommend bringing your own. Owner was very responsive. A few lights were out in the kitchen, and the property manager fixed very quickly. All in all not a bad rental property for families. The house has everything you need, just could generally use some updating.

Great location!

Cozy little house, nice pool, decent set up. Really great communication and follow up. Definitely recommend renting. The only thing I would say is some softer pillows and upgraded beds would be a nice addition to a great property.

Excellent stay!

Cozy vacation home for our 3-day business trip - perfect layout -absolutely clean and well kept - well stocked kitchen and linens. Good communication with the owner. The clubhouse was a HUGE plus amongst a safe and manicured neighborhood. The staff at the clubhouse was so nice and welcoming. Will definitely keep this property in mind when staying in Orlando again. Thank you for caring for your home and your guests.

Fun place for teens

I stayed with our 2 daughters and 3 teen grandchildren. Everyone really enjoyed coming home from the parks and hopping in the pool. We also played in the game room as a family. The only problem was the bed in the twin room and the one inn the queen room my grown daughter said was too hard. Game room light was to dim. Cleaning requirements where a little outrageous more then any place we have stayed before.
