The condo was nice, clean, and cozy. Plenty of room for the family. Our host was excellent and available to answer any questions I had. The resort property was beautiful and my toddler loved the beach area!

Lovely apartment close to theme parks.

Lovely spacious property with three large bedrooms and two spacious bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen and laundry area. Lots of balcony space. The resort has four pools,plus lakes with landscaped nature trail. Close to all the theme parks and shops.

Very large, clean and comfortable condo

Stayed in condo for eight nights August 2024. Joanne’s place is excellent. Very clean and well maintained. Absolutely huge and plenty of space for a large family. Everything you need for a stay in Orlando. Resort community was very quiet during our stay. Staff at the Clubhouse were very polite and helpful as well. Communal pools clean and tidy. All parks are within reach - Disney 15mins, Universal 30mins. Would definitely stay again without hesitation.

Condo 3516 Bahama Bay

Excellent property. Third time we have stayed at Bahama Bay and this was the best of the 3 properties we have stayed in. It is so spacious inside as well as the outdoor balcony space. Joanna was excellent to deal with and allowed us entry early on our first day and a later check out especially as we were aware of a flight delay. So good not having to remember room card to swipe in and out due to it being an entry code. Property manager also very good who assisted when a window blind would not work. Will happily book again and recommend to friends.

Beautiful Condo

Everything was perfect! Checkin was easy, the condo was very fresh and clean, appliances looked new and everything worked. It’s very large, pictures don’t do it justice. The listing was everything and more. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great offsite Disney option

The condo was very spacious and perfect for our family. Loved having a full kitchen where I could prepare breakfast before heading into the parks. If planning on staying offsite this is a good option and we would stay again.

Nice spacious place!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Pictures were accurate - a very nice and spacious place. Updated kitchen, comfortable furniture and beds. Beautiful patio areas to enjoy. Jo was very communicative throughout our stay. Be advised that the TVs are pretty basic - not “smart” with streaming services, etc. We used a Roku, so problem solved.

Fantastic apartment in stunning grounds.

We normally stay in a bill but this year as it was just 2 off us and we weren’t disappointed. The apartment is nice and big and well equipped with everything we needed. We couldn’t fault it. The bonus for us was the heated pool and proper hot water hot tub just outside our block. Also on site is a club house that serves drink and food. The grounds are very well maintained and there are several walks you can do to see Gators. Raccoons. Turtles and lots of bird species. We sat by the pool and watched 4 woodpeckers pecking away for ages. Great communication with the owners. Overall a fantastic place to stay and highly recommend. Thank you.

Amazing Condo & Great Owner

This condo was just as described, only better! The check in was painless, just straight to the condo & enter the code provided by the owner (Joanne). You do have to swing by the clubhouse after arriving to register your vehicle for a pass, but that too was easy & the employees there as well as the security at the gate were all very friendly & very helpful. The condo was clean with great furnishings throughout & very comfortable. Felt at home right away! The full kitchen had nice new appliances that were a pleasure to use for breakfast in the mornings & a couple of dinners in after full days at the parks. The bathrooms were huge & very nice. Actually the only issues we had were with the guest bathroom & they were very minor. Joanne offered to have them remedied immediately, but they were so minor we declined. She informed me they would have them addressed after our departure. The Bahama Bay resort was beautiful & in a good location close to stores, restaurants, & the theme parks. Just walking around the property made you forget you were in a city. The pools were nice, clean, and not overly packed with guests. The closest being just a short walk behind the condo. The condo’s corner location on the top (3rd) floor made for a very peaceful stay. Not once did we hear any of the other guests. Joanne was great & easy to interact with! She is very helpful, quick to respond, & clearly wants her guests to have a great stay! We are already planning our next trip back!

Just as described

We’ve stayed at Bahama Bay before and we love the resort. Great pools, quiet and lovely to look at. Drinks poolside from the on-site restaurant and bar is a plus! The apartment was just as described. Very clean in all rooms. Fully stocked kitchen, nice bathrooms. Hard water pressure with endless warm water. The master bedroom mattress was quite firm and I prefer a firm mattress but that was a bit much. The other beds were better. Outside of that we had no issues. Check in was a breeze. Lots of restaurants and shops locally all within 10 mins and about 20-30 mins from all parks. It’s nice to have those few minutes in the car to prepare before the long day at the parks. Very satisfied.

Loved the Condo, Facility and Location

The condo is well appointed and is very relaxing! We completely enjoyed our visit to this condo and complex. The Condo was exactly as described and was very relaxing for our family. It was very comfortable, quiet, spacious and climate controlled. Entering the property and condo was very easy. Communication was excellent. All the basic essentials were available. Furniture and beds were in great condition. The pool area was very nice and quiet. The other guests in the pool area were also very pleasant. Notice there are at least 4 pools in the complex! Make sure to check out Tradewinds restaurant and bar early in your stay. Access to Disney Parks is comfortable without going on freeways or busy streets. Plenty of relaxing shopping and dining is available, as this complex is just beyond the hectic area around Disney.

Great Stay at Bahama Bay

From the moment we read all the previous excellent reviews on this property, we had high expectations. We were not disappointed. The contacts with Joanna were immediately answered clearly and completely. Arrival to the property went exactly as we were told, from entering the grounds to finding and entering the condo. The condo itself was just as advertised and suited us perfectly. Overall very quiet. Comfortable beds. Very good showers. Comfortable furnishings. And the three screen enclosed balconies were a welcome place to relax. The grounds of Bahama Bay were as comfortable as the condo. Excellent walking paths. Pools, playgrounds, wildlife viewing of many birds, turtles and gators were a daily treat. We have used VRBO many times in the states and in Europe and New Zealand. This owner and location is among the very best. Hope to return whenever we are in this area.

Perfection

Everything about this property was spot on. The location was great, the resort was clean, well laid out and the staff were exceptionally friendly. Pools were clean and well kept, and hot tubs actually hot. The room itself was actually nicer than the pictures! There wasn't a single thing out of place and everything worked as expected. We will absolutely go back in the future.

Great Condo for Disney Trip

This was a great place to stay during our vacation. About 25-30 minutes to and from Disney. Beds were comfy, shower was hot, balcony was a nice addition, short walk to pool, full kitchen was great.

Very nice townhouse

Nicely decorated, roomy and clean. Updated kitchen. Spent one day on the property and grands, 4 and 7, enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and beach. Rented a free movie and staff was very helpful. Ended up not watching it as grands put on own show in their princess gowns. Kids loved the tub in master bath as plenty of room for both in the tub together.

Stunning condo on a great gated complex with fantastic facilities

Condo was furnished to a really high standard with great quality furnishings and a kitchen that had every appliance yoy could need. Communication with owner was great and staff at resort were extremely helpful. Facilities on site were fantastic with plenty to keep you occupied if you wanted a relax day from the hustle of the parks

Très beau Resort

Séjour très agréable. Condo très spacieux, grandes chambres et belle terrasse. Endroit très bien aménagé, avec plusieurs piscines. Commerces et parcs d'attractions assez faciles d'accès. Dépanneur sur place dans le Resort. Cependant, il n'y a aucun restant de condiments de base pour la cuisine ( sel, poivre, huile, vinaigre, sucre, épices, papier aluminium, pellicule plastique, filtres à café, savon à vaisselle, savon à main, pastilles lave-vaisselle et linges pour la cuisine ), ce qui oblige à faire beaucoup d'achats en début de séjour, que les voyageurs en avion souhaiteraient éviter.

Excellent Family Getaway

The unit was clean and well appointed. The many pools were really fun and perfect for relaxing after hot days at Disney World. The location was great, it was about 20 minutes to drive to Disney World which meant we didn't spend much time in the car, but were far enough away so that we could still escape the crowds. The staff at Bahama Bay were really friendly and the Owner was excellent to interact with. We definitely plan to return!

Disney getaway with babies

Overall a great experience. The property was wonderful and the kids loved the splash pad. Communication was excellent and the clubhouse was wonderful as well. The only downside was that this location was on the 3rd floor with no elevator. This was only an issue for us after all day in the park with a 3 and 1 year old who feel asleep on the way back to the rental. Carrying two sleeping kids up 3 flights every night after all day at Disney was a bit rough! Can’t beat 4 pools and a splash pad though!
