On arrival the villa felt homely & cosy , everthing was as advertised, we enjoyed the late afternoon sun shine, watching the sun go down in the hot tub, the area was lovely and quite, about a 20 minute drive to all the parks, would stay here again.

Mid-Summer Vacation

The property was nice, however the majority of the information provided prior to check in was either vague or outdated which made it a little bit frustrating trying to utilize some of the amenities. There were also multiple days where they had people coming to work on the pool, but we did not know prior to our arrival so thankfully we were out of the house. The hosts were relatively responsive in answering questions.

Great place! Pool and hot tub are great. Lots of alarms on/in the house. Was great for us with a special needs daughter. The wildlife was phenomenal…did not expect that. Location was good for us, clean house

Wonderful Property, Great Property Management!

From the first rental communication, to questions during the stay, to check out, the property manager was awesome! Prompt and responsive communication! The home was clean, well stocked with everything we needed! Very comfortable and cozy… in a convenient neighborhood to everything we needed! We had a great time and will return!

Peaceful and Relaxing

Family comfort and fun. Salt filtered pool was amazing and the jacuzzi was nice and big. Didn’t notice a difference from chlorine other than lack of chlorine smell. House and beds are very comfortable and had all we needed. Cleanliness is a big deal with kids and it was clean enough to feel completely comfortable. AC was great. The view from the patio is so relaxing and peaceful. A perfect spot to get away. It’s close enough to main attractions about 35 to 45 minutes. We hope to stay here again in the future.

First Family Orlando Trip

A fantastic property, with superb bedrooms, amenities and wonderful pool. View of the lake was amazing and we even managed to see the alligators that live there. Stuart was exceptional with all communication and would totally recommend to anyone thinking of visiting. I do NOT generally do these reviews but after such an amazing two weeks for our family felt it was important to share with anyone else looking at this property. Thanks once again Stuart, much appreciated.

Not what I expected given other reviews, but ok for the price.

Prior to our stay, communication with the owner was often slow for response and required me messaging again days or weeks later to see if my first message was seen. Upon arrival, the house looked as it does in the pictures. It was very tidy, but it wasn't as clean as I would expect. The ensuite bathroom shower had build up on the glass that needed to be cleaned, and we had to wash out the tub prior to using it. The AC vents and the surrounding areas were very dusty and you could see the trail of black dust on the ceilings from them. My husband has dust allergies which trigger his asthma, so this was a problem for him on the day we spent the whole day at the house. It would have been better if we could have opened the windows, but we couldnt. There was also a dead lizard in the second bathroom which looked like it had been there for at least a few days. We did not know until we received the check in email late the night before that we would not be able to lower the AC below 73 degrees. We are from Western NY and don't even keep our heat that high in the winter, so it was warm and uncomfortable for us to sleep every night. We paid extra for pool and spa heat, but they were both cold when we arrived. I notified the owner and that was quickly resolved the next day. The front left burner of the stove did not work, and there used to be a light fixture or fan in the twin bedroom that was removed leaving a hole with exposed wires in the ceiling and no fan for that room. The wifi was easy to connect to, but the streaming services lagged (for the living room tv) and it was difficult to watch anything, so we didn't use that much. On the positive side, the layout of the house is very nice. The rooms are spacious and there was adequate supplies in the kitchen and linen closet for our stay. The pool and hot tub were nice and we used them often. It was enjoyable to watch the wildlife in the lake behind the house. The security system was easy to use and helped me feel safer. For the price we paid, and considering we were busy most days and didn't spend a lot of time at the house during the day, it was adequate. It was not a good fit for our family to want to stay again though.

Lovely Villa

Lovely villa in a nice, quiet and friendly neighbourhood and yet minutes from shops and restaurants. Spotlessly clean with everything you need and much more. Bearing in mind we arrived just days after Hurricane Ian everything was working and clean, a testament to the quality of care and maintenance Stuart the owner puts in. Comprehensively stocked kitchen with things like a Ninja air fryer and a crockpot etc. Pool and hot tub under the lanai are clean and well presented with plenty of outdoor seating. This is a great area to sit out and watch the wildlife first thing in the morning - there's a resident gator in the lake that swam past every morning around 8.30 for us! We would definitely return so yes, recommended.

Perfectly perfect!

The house was absolutely perfect for us. Close to the parks and beautiful pool area for those off days. Saw wild life around the lake behind the house. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. Stuart is so communicative and will take care of anything you may need. Can’t wait to come back!
