Good Location

Location was a good, close to Disney Theme parks and downtown Disney. Close to all types of restaurants and shopping. Very busy area and high traffic but then again anything close to Disney is. The condo is as described and photos are pretty accurate. The management team is quick to respond to any requests. However the flooring was not cleaned before our arrival. The ceramic floors were very dirty and should have been washed. Better attention is needed with cleaning before new quests arrive. We also did experience an issue with some cockroaches which unfortunately are common in Florida. Management sent out someone to deal with them and the unit next to us also experienced the same thing. The master bedroom is on the second floor faces a highway which sees a lot of noisy truck traffic. If you are a light sleeper ear plugs would be a good thing. The beds are firm for the most part but that is subjective. Pool area is nice and the resort is pet friendly and quiet. The condo was nice and spacious. Parking is very easy. We would stay there again.

Property was great with one exception. The sofa was broken, very uncomfortable. Reported to Management, and they came and measured it, so I advise an inquiry as to the replacement. Pool, exercise room, and other facilities were great.

You get what you pay for

Booking was simple, I didn't get any info about checking in until I inquired about it 3 days before our trip. The keypad on the door is difficult to operate as some of the numbers are stuck in. The shower door in the downstairs bathroom was off the track and once we put back on, that door could not be opened to tuen on the water without risk of it coming off again and breaking. There was trash from previous renters under the beds and behind a few dressers. The ac vents in the kitchen and upstairs bedrooms were closed making the rooms hot. AC wouldn't cool the the place off and we weren't allowed to set it lower than 72. The outside grills were full of trash as was the plastic bench out the front door. The place seems very large and spacious in the photos online yet it is jot. The living room and dining room share a space. One small couch and 2 wicker chairs are not conducive for a townhome that sleeps 8-10 people. The pool is tiny, no pool towels at the pool and only 1 towel per person is provided. Along with 1 roll of tp per bathroom,1 roll of paper towels, 1 dishwashing pod,1 laundry detergent pod. For 5 days,there should have been a lot more. I'm disappointed and we won't rent there,again.

Convenient to the parks, spacious, clean accommodations with nice pool and close to lots of restaurants. Walking distance to Walmart and Starbucks.

This house was dirty. Rugs had stains that looked like pets urinated on them; the tile floors were filthy and there were roaches (not palmetto bugs) found in the bathroom. There was Chick filet garbage in the the garbage bag when we arrived. Wet hand towel left in the 1/2 bath. There is no reason to give a gate code since the gate was open the entire time we were there (no security). Very disappointed

Nice resort that is near everything!

This is a nice little resort for any length of stay. It is near restaurants and attractions. It was very quiet and the accommodations were very nice. We had an infant, and the property was well equipped for his stay!

Clean and Spacious

This was a great property! Wonderfully sized bedrooms and plenty of space for all. Loved having a grill right there for us to use. Great location, even to see hot air balloons taking off in the mornings from just across the street! All communications with management were timely and thorough. Would absolutely stay here again!

Very nice and great location

This place looks brand new. Kitchen has everything you need and beds were comfortable. Remotes to work the TV's were confusing but I'm finding this common with short term rentals. Also they don't supply wash clothes so buy a pack at Walmart if you need them, Walmart is right around the corner. Took manager a little longer to reply to messages than I'd like but was responsive to all questions. We would definitely stay again

Fantastic Location

This was the first time in over 20 years of visiting Disney that we stayed offsite. I would definitely stay here again. We arrived before check in and learned that the door *magically* unlocks with our code right at check in time. (No early check in). The Condo is so very close to Disney magic that taking a midday break was no problem at all. The 4 digit code entryway was VERY convenient for our family....no worries to keep up with key cards for everyone. The entrance gate code was wonderful too for security. I brought a wine bottle opener and potato peeler, both not needed. I wish I had brought a blow dryer as there was one affixed to the wall in the bottom floor room but not in top floor rooms. PLENTY of items to begin your stay... however I brought 3 toilet paper rolls, 3 full bars of soap, trash bags, extra paper towels, etc. for our family and all were used. The Walmart is almost walking distance. Our dog enjoyed the back yard area on a leash... it is not fenced in.... so make sure you have your furry friends contained. No wash cloths but that was not a problem. A dollar store laundry detergent served our purposes for the very handy washer and dryer available. Beach Towels were provided in the laundry area for the pool. The Children's nook had bunk beds with Mickey/Minnie Giant Plushes which delighted my 3.5yo grandson. He loved his own little spot with drawers and desk and it was convenient for him to have his private enclosed space so the adults could be a little too loud downstairs playing board games late at night. We did pay the extra $ to have use of the BBQ pit to cook Son's 29th Bday party TBone dinner. We would plan to go back to book a condo at Summerville with an additional room. Overall this was a wonderful spot for our family.
