great first time

Overall was a great stay. any questions I had were answered before I left for my trip or by the virtual chat program. Only flaw was that one of the lights only worked some of the time in one of the bedrooms but was overcome by just using another light. I would and have recommended this place to others, one of them stayed this week!

Nice but shower needs upgrade

very nice property, clean. But the shower water pressure in the Master was weak, and in the second bathroom it was practically non existent, almost a trickle. Nobody could use that particular shower. Also was difficult figuring out how to use the TV and controls. Maybe leave some instructions for future guests.

Clean and comfortable property for people and pets

Based on other reviews, we made sure to contact the management company prior to our stay to verify all details would be provided by email and functional before our stay, which they were. The location is convenient for the Disney area, and every place we visited in the area, and also has stores and restaurants very close by. The main gate with a guard is the easiest and closest to use, and the guard provides a parking pass. The condo is on the ground/first floor, and is very close to the parking lot. There is also plentiful parking. The condo had a great amount of space for myself, my husband, our teenage son, and our two cats. It was very clean! The beds and linens were very comfortable. The water pressure in one bathroom was not sufficient for showering, but we've notified management, so hopefully it has been resolved. We always bring or buy extra supplies, but the property had adequate starter items. We really appreciated having a washer and dryer in the condo. TVs use app/subscriptions only, but were easy to sign in and use. Wifi was very fast, but mobile service was limited. We found the property to be very comfortable for our family, and we would definitely consider it for future visits.

we didn't receive the door number so we were dead tired when we arrived and didn't have the code. on the email this answer was a blank. secondly, there is no insonorisation in this building. the unit is on the first floor and kids were running and yelling until midnight and we couldn't sleep. otherwise everything was great.

Awesome condo

Very clean and user friendly condo and property. I felt safe walking around. Beds were comfy and it was nicely appointed and decorated. It turned out to be a touch far from our event (OCCC) but I'm sure holiday traffic was part of that. Paper towels ran a bit short by end of week and we would have been happy to start dishwasher for cleaning crew if we had soap. Lovely place! Highly recommend!!

Do not arrive after hours/weekends

As long as you don’t arrive outside of business hours it’s fine. Whoever is their on call after hours for emergencies such as door code not working or AC needs to be fired as that person never answered or returned calls. The property is perfect outside of that. Perfect location and whoever is their cleaning person does an amazing job.

Good value. Could be better.

This place met our needs for a great price, but next time we'd pay more to stay elsewhere. First, the good: The neighborhood was safe and quiet and we enjoyed the main pool area. Be aware that the lazy river, water slides, and splash pad are not heated and use COLD water! However, the main pool is heated and felt great. Entering the gate and parking were easy. The decor was nice and furniture was comfortable. We appreciated the huge closet for suitcases and hanging laundry. The kitchen is big and lovely (didn't cook - so can't comment on equipment provided). Drive time to the parks on Google: Magic Kingdom (TTC) and Animal Kingdom 20 min, Hollywood Studios and Epcot 15 min, Universal 25 min. Our drives felt longer due to fall break traffic. Now, the bad: We frequently ran out of hot water and one of the showers came out as a trickle. Don't know if management could have helped, but we didn't have time to deal with it. The unit needs a little maintenance. No toilet paper holder - just holes in the wall, scuffed paint, etc. There are no ceiling fans and no smart TV. It was annoying to bring our own washcloths (and fly home with them wet). We've never had to do that. Management didn't check in with us during or after our stay and the info we were given was a mass-produced document that was inaccurate to our unit. Not a big deal, but indicates potential for maintenance issues to pile up as the unit ages.

Great condo close to Disney

Great location with a community pool / lazy river / water slides. Took about 15 minutes each morning to get over to the various Disney parks. Condo is clean. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware. There are starter detergents / soaps / shampoos, which was nice. Overall a great place for six of us to stay during our Disney vacation.

We loved it!

The condo was super clean and exactly as described. It is very close to grocery story, and mini golf. I originally booked to be closed to ESPN for a soccer tournament. We ended up at another tournament at Lake Nona which was about a 27 minute drive. We would definitely stay again. Pools were great. The pool with the lazy river slide area did get crowded but we just headed back to the pool by our condo. Was disappointed that the mini golf was not inclusive with the gym/pool, but not a big enough deal to make me upset. The only flaw was coming in & out the main gate. The original check in process took about 45 because people were cutting in line at the gate and blocking the second lane for those who already had a gate pass. After that we used the other gate. If we have to go back to the Orlando area for an extended stay Storey Lake is the place to be! We also enjoyed morning runs through the neighborhood.

We had a wonderful stay at your property!! The condo was beautiful and clean and the location was perfect! Being on the first floor was great with easy access in and out of the huge complex. The pools were clean and beautiful! We had everything we needed when we arrived and communication was prompt. The only recommendation I have is to repair the carpet tacking in the master bedroom and bathroom thresholds - if you stepped on it just right in bare feet you could feel the tacking, which hurts a bit. Otherwise, everything was amazing and we will definitely be returning!!

Loved the location and layout of property.

Had a hard time finding correct building. Arrived late after dark. Building numbers located high on outside of building. Were not lit up. Would not of been a problem during daylight. All buildings same design.
