The Space:

Welcome to your home away from home in Paradise Palms Resort – a six-bedroom, five-bathroom townhouse with high-speed Wi-Fi and room for 14 to spread out and relax.



SLEEPING: a king main suite with private bathroom, a second king bedroom with private bathroom, two queen bedrooms with shared bathrooms, and two bedrooms with a twin and a full bed that share a bathroom – great for kids and cousins.

LIVING: a fully equipped kitchen for family breakfasts, comfortable dining and living areas for the whole group, and a fully equipped laundry inside the home.

OUTDOORS: your very own private pool (please note: pool heating is not available at this home).

RESORT: Paradise Palms' extraordinary clubhouse is the heart of the community, with a huge resort-style pool and a kids' splash park with water slide – perfect for families to enjoy for hours.



LOCATION: 9 minutes to Walmart, 23 minutes to Disney, 27 minutes to the Premium Outlets and 37 minutes to Universal.



Guest Access:

The whole townhouse is yours to enjoy – private pool, kitchen, laundry and every bedroom and living area. Registered guests also get to enjoy the Paradise Palms Resort clubhouse, resort pool and splash park (all guest names must be registered before arrival). Parking is available at the townhouse.



The Neighborhood:

Paradise Palms Resort is a gated vacation community off US-192 in Kissimmee, right in the heart of the Disney area. The resort clubhouse with its huge resort-style pool and kids' splash park is the centerpiece of the community. Walt Disney World is about 23 minutes away, with Universal, SeaWorld and the Orlando Premium Outlets a little further, and Walmart, supermarkets, restaurants and shops along US-192 are just minutes from the door.



Getting Around:

A car is the easiest way to explore, and parking is right at the townhouse. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is roughly 35–40 minutes by car; US-192 and I-4 whisk you to the theme parks, dining and shopping in no time. Prefer not to drive? Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the area.



Other Things to Note:

AGE REQUIREMENT: Guests must be 21 years or older to make a reservation and must provide matching ID upon request (ID and payment method must match). Failure to provide ID will result in booking cancellation.



GUEST LIST: A complete list of guest names (first and last) is required by 5 PM EST at least 24 hours before arrival. Resort access will be denied if names are not registered.



POOL & SPA HEATER: Please note that pool and spa heating are not available at this property.



GRILL: Grill rental is available for a separate fee and must be requested before arrival. Propane exchange is not included.



HOUSE RULES: No parties. No pets. No smoking indoors. A $10 delivery fee applies; USPS does not deliver to this address and the resort is not responsible for unattended packages.



AMENITIES: Pack 'n Plays and high chairs are available on request before check-in. Included: fresh linens, 1 bath towel per guest, 1 hand towel per bathroom, bath rugs, hair dryer, and starter supplies (soap, paper goods, 3 trash bags, 1 laundry detergent, 1 dishwasher pod). After the starter supplies, guests restock as needed. Not provided: washcloths, salt/pepper, or open food items. Washer & dryer available.



MAINTENANCE: We're always ready to help with any maintenance need – surprises can happen even after our check-in inspection. Please report issues promptly so we can address them quickly; delays may affect our ability to assist during business hours.
