We have stayed in a lot of houses around Kissimmee and this is definitely a great place to stay for the week! The house was clean, the beds efficient, showers worked (trust me we’ve had issues with this before!), the pool was ACTUALLY WARM during our February week of vacationing, and the couch was SO comfy! No game room like a lot of houses, but we didn’t even notice. The house was stocked with starter kits for everything and had plenty of towels, dish soap and toilet paper. Lots of kitchen items we didn’t even dive into. Again, overall great, clean and comfy place. Also, it’s on the end of the row next to the pond. We loved watching all of the wildlife in the pond or next to the wooded area. I would highly recommend.

The property was updated & very clean. Perfect for a family trip, but the only thing we didn't appreciate was the early check out (earlier than hotel) and all the extra fees, like for using of bar b q. Other than that it was perfect. Thanks

2nd time staring withy his host and we returned for a reason. Clean, nice, helpful, etc. We rented two of their houses this time to make room for whole family. Will definitely contact this host the next time we are in the area

Great place for our Florida Vacay

We spent a week in Orlando doing all things Disney and Universal Studios. This property served our family well. We had three teenagers and three adults. Plenty of space for us to all have our own space. Maintenance was quick to respond when we had issues the first night with smoke alarm batteries. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Clean and easy accommodations

Great house and appreciated the clean environment. We had a super easy check-in and check-out process and had everything we needed. We came for a quick visit to Universal and traffic can make the journey a bit far with a 40-50min commute on weekend but better on weekends. When food was needed, delivery services easily found the residence. Would recommend to others.

The property was exactly as described. Clean and close to all attractions. Nicely stocked and quiet. Loved sitting outside in the morning and watching the wildlife out back. We saw turtles and birds. We enjoyed the pool after spending the day at the parks. Property managers were responsive and helpful.

The house is fine… That’s the issue, it was just OK. Communication with the host was ok, not great. I see so many areas that could be improved. First at booking I asked for pool heat, that was confirmed. After getting to the house and checking on the pool I found that no heat had been turned on but was told they would that day sometime. They never came to do it. I had to send another email (no phone numbers given to guest) saying no one ever came and to please issue a refund. The first night I stayed in the house a lamp fell in one of the upstairs master bedrooms. The lamp was on a TV tray not an actual nightstand. The tray collapsed and fell and so did the lamp. They over charged me for a lamp on a horrible stand. I am a host with 5 properties and this just did not feel right. I was traveling for work with 1 other person and barely used the house. There is a big pond right next to the property, be careful there were 2 alligators in it, and one day when leaving we had a snake go right over our feet. Overall, the house is just ok, served our purpose.

Quiet, clean home!

The stay was very enjoyable. There are plenty of sidewalks for walking, and the gated community offered a feeling of security. The property was very well maintained and had everything we needed for our 4-week stay. The community pool was a bonus, as we did not pay for heating the house pool. It was very quiet in the neighborhood. There was a very minor repair issue needed, and the host was very responsive, resolving it in less than 1 hour. Would definitely stay here again!

Superb property and superb service

Beautiful very well maintained house. Everything was high quality, clean and our stay was completely catered for. We had no need to get in touch with anybody during our visit but before and at the end they were highly responsive. I highly recommend this property for your Orlando experience.

Sports vacation

We came down with another family for a volleyball tournament at the convention center. The house was perfect. So much nicer than spending time in a hotel room. The neighborhood was quiet, the house was lovely and we would definitely recommend. Any questions we had were quickly answered by the management company. The location is close enough to anything needed. One recommendation would be to have playing cards or maybe a puzzle or game or something at the house for guests. There was nothing like that in the house, which is sometimes nice to have around on a quiet evening. Other than that, everything was great and we would love to come back one day. Thanks for sharing your house!

Excellent, one of pur favourites in Orlando

As a family we travel to Orlando regularly and without a doubt this was one of our favourite places we have stayed. The house is in a quiet neighborhood but a couple of minutes to the main roads with plenty of restaraunts and shops. Access to the Disney parks is all possible without going on the I4 so we didn't sit in traffic once. The house is also in a great corner plot with a view of the pond and not really overlook by anyone which can often be an issue with the way houses are often built in Orlando. We would happily stay here again.
