We enjoyed our stay here. The owner was very accommodating. The house was clean and orderly. The neighborhood was nice. The pool was wonderful. And we would happily stay there again.

I will give an honest review so others know what to be aware of BEFORE they book. I know as a former STR owner that these reviews are important and I was not going to be nit-picky until Alexandra (the host) accused me of something we didn’t do and then wouldn’t listen to my concerns. We tried to handle in private messaging but no luck. The first host Arianne was so kind and helpful. Alexandra is who took this from a good stay to a poor experience because she basically said we were liars and it was handled very unprofessionally.-We always treat rentals like our own when we stay. We read everything and follow the rules. After we checked out they told us there was a stain on a comforter and they were charging us to REPLACE the comforter! I am sure we did NOT make this stain. We didn’t eat/drink in the bedroom and we kept blankets on the bed the entire time. They had before/after photos and in the before photo, it’s taken from very far back and then “after” there is this zoomed in photo very close of a tiny stain. I know for sure we didn’t do this. If you’re looking to book here is to take your OWN photos of every room upon arrival so they cannot do this to you and charge you for something that a someone else did.-The playroom was also disappointing— the pool table is lopsided with unusable cues, the air hockey table doesn’t work properly, and the Xbox requires a separate login. We also found a large construction staple in the child’s bed that poked my daughter’s foot.

Overall we were happy with the stay. There are tons of tiny ants/bugs in the pool and hot tub, even after the pool tech came out. Also a leak in the upstairs bathroom caused my son & DIL to have to use a separate bathroom on the other side of the upstairs landing area. Other than those minor issues (?) we did enjoy the stay and would return again.

Great place and location!

This was the first time renting with friends for a competition at ESPN complex. This was the perfect house. Every bedroom had a bathroom which was great for privacy when renting with friends. The house was comfortable and convenient to the parks. Overall, it was a wonderful rental and would definitely do it again!

Perfect Getaway for busy family

Overall great stay! No community garbage disposal for extra bags as stated in the original email. Spa and Pool space was perfect and great for the kids. Community pool was good, could have had more for the smaller children do to. Very busy roads outside of the resort making traveling difficult but overall would definitely book again!

Great Experience and Lovely House

The house was wonderful and we stayed six nights with our kids. We had family who live in FL come stay and there was plenty of room. The only feedback we have is the weekends are very busy, and the wait time to enter the property through the security gates can be very long. The logistics was causing a lot of frustration for people who already checked in and they only wanted through the gates to go to their home. The line to get in was very long and it took over an hour for some of them to get through the gates.

Quick Spring Break Getaway

This was exactly as advertised. The house was roomy, the host answered all my many questions in a very timely and kind fashion, and the area was isolated and safe yet convenient and super close to everything.

Great Family House

This house is very nice and well decorated. The check in was easy with no issues and the house was perfectly clean. The kitchen is decent size with an island big enough for my 3 kids to sit. The master bedroom on this floor has a nice shower and tub. Upstairs the 4 bedrooms are decent size and all of them have their own bathroom which is amazing. My kids loved the bunk beds (there’s 2 bedrooms with bunk beds).The pool is big enough for two families, and the pool heater was working perfectly.It is a gated community so depending on the time there was some traffic getting in. We always felt safe and the water park and mini golf are excellent options. Disney is about 25-30 minutes depending on traffic and there’s also plenty of restaurants within 5-10 minutes. Definitely recommend this house for families with kids.

Holiday getaway

We stayed on property for a quick trip to Florida before the holidays. The house was beautiful, very well kept and great location. The pool was a great edition as well. We will definitely stay here again.

Couldn’t be more satisfied

First off check in was smooth and easy. They ask for the address of your home and for your id. Now depending on when you check in there may be a line of cars but that’s to be expected during the summer months at a resort. Even with that we were through the line in 3 minutes. Now as far as the home itself. SPECTACULAR! The pictures do it no justice. In person it’s even more beautiful, clean, and spacious. Me and everyone in my family loved it. The clubhouse was fun. The lazy river was my favorite lol. I honestly don’t have a bad thing to say and me and my family have already agreed we will be staying here again in the near future.

Family vacation

Our family had a great time , was a really nice house one thing was the only problem was that the dishwasher kept backing up into the sink but was not that big of a deal . The amount of houses that were there didn’t stop us from having a good time it was very quiet place . The house had a pool , and a game room for everyone to have a good time . We were never without anything to do . Plus the water park was really great kids love it . Will definitely be going back .

Property was very nice. Plenty of room for all of us, and loved that every bedroom had a bathroom. Overall was a very clean place, could use some touch ups on some of the paint and walls. Would definitely stay here again. It was a short drive to parks, restaurants, and markets.

Comfortable and clean home

The home and community was very well kept and relaxing. Many guests in the property seemed to not adhere to any of the noise ordinances and were loudly outside late through the nights. Would benefit from more security or monitering.

Comfy beds

Kitchen well stocked with pots, skillets and casserole dishes. King size beds were very comfortable. The kids loved the resort with lazy river and water slides. Everything is as pictured. Would stay again.

Great Property

We overly enjoyed our stay. The property was great! The pool area/hot tub/lanai area is where we spent most of our time. The common area is amazing and we were always able to find seats around the pool. The general area of Orlando/Kissimmee is getting to be so so busy, we opted to stay at the house most of the time and enjoy the amenities! Contact with the property managers was great and very quick. Thank you!
