Thanksgiving gathering

The stay was amazing. There is so much space. The family of all ages was able to enjoy. The internet was a little spotty but the host were great. I would definitely recommend this property.

Four Corners

House in four corners is a great location, it is close Walt Disney world, many restaurants and a larger resort area a 5 minute walk. This house has 7 excellent bedrooms and 5,5 bathrooms, large dining room and great outdoor space Management is poor at resolving issues.

Lovely place to stay

Accurate description, and great house for a group! We stayed here for my daughter’s graduation and had a great time. So much space for everyone! And prompt responses to questions. Would def stay here again. The water park with the lazy river is great for a lazy day!

Fantastic Place to stay!! Close to Disney!!

Had a very great time at this place…plenty for the kids to do when not off at Disney. Highly recommend!! Great and fast communication with property manager and an overall great experience!!

Beautiful and Fun Home!!!

We had an amazing vacation! The house is so nice and big, the pool is amazing ( well worth the money to heat everyday) and so are the community pools! We had ages 4 months-45 years old and it was fun for everyone!!!! The pots and pans were nice and adequate to feed a family of 10 everyday/every meal!

We loved the place. It was first time we had the whole family together since 2020. We were only disappointed with the kitchen, the lack of pots and pans and baking sheets.

Great, spacious property. Perfect for our four family Disney trip. Carpets could use a good cleaning. Otherwise property was clean. Also renter be aware that towels were supplied but no wash cloths. We had to make a late run to Dollar General.

Great property!

The property was just like the photos. Loved the community including the pool and playground area. There were a few minor issues- the pool wasn’t heating one day- and the hosts got back to us quickly and resolved the issue that day. We usually stay in hotels when we travelled, this was our first Vrbo. We would stay here again. My kids loved the Harry Potter and Star Wars rooms! My only complaint is that the beds were not very comfortable, especially the downstairs primary bedroom. This was the only thing that made me miss staying in a hotel.

The living room rug was gross and needs a good cleaning The couch was always sliding apart Hardly any towels Hardly any pans to cook No toilet paper The pool heat only worked half the trip The mattresses on beds are caving in Every corner and crease in the house was dirty We have stayed in 15 different houses over the last few years and this one was def the worst one Never saw any bugs but felt like I would The upstairs living room was a lot nicer then the downstairs living room I just think the house needs a revamp of mattresses and essentials and a deep clean!

It’s ok could use some fixing

Over all the house was good could have been cleaned better the stuff that mattered like bathrooms were ok but honestly, the whole house looked like a really bad rental very lived in the whole place really needs to be painted and the furniture has seen better days. All the carpets were really gross and the beddings had stains on them. I think this house has the potential to be really nice but I think they need a new cleaning person and they need to refresh some of the furniture. the pool is great it was heated. We had an issue with one of the bats being broken. They sent someone out next day to fix it and when an issue where we got locked out of the house and they fixed it immediately communication five star.

Beware!!! Do Not Stay Here!!!!!

The house is NOT as pictured and has many damaged items throughout the home. Broken mirror, dirty and ripped White Island stools, excessive used patio duty with flat cushions, filthy carpet (they will charge you for their dirt carpet), and broken vertical blinds. The location is one of the worst we’ve stayed in to date and the community pool is a joke compared to the other communities in the area. Save your frustration and stress and book with someone else!! Emily and Kevin (or landmark) has screwed us TWICE now. Last years house had BED BUGS, so we had to evacuating now this house is similar to my college frat house but cleaned before guest arrived. You can find better.

I have to say i been traveling for 18years theres always minor issues with hotels houses we stayed but nothing to make a big deal of like this property i have to say disgusting there were bugs in the rooms all over the bed and drawers have videos and picture. The walls looked like no one ever cleaned the banester coming down was so lose we were afraid to grave it doing down stairs the bed sheets pillows smeelled so bad we spend half a day washing everything the pool had bandages with blood also have video and pictures of that the garage smelled lime pee real bad we cleaned leather sofas and it was doagusting how dirty they were. And owner response was florida gets a lot of bugs and send me pictures but nothing was done careless i also have screen shot of there responses paid for pool heater and during the day the pool was really cold we used pool 1 time as it was to cold to jump in and did not refund my money theyre excuse was if weather dropped below 50 it didn't work but during the day it was 60 al day no refund honestly this property was the worst we ever stayed at and i have stayed at many locations using vrbo in orlando and never had this issue till this property

Nice hime

This was a nice home for our stay for the week. But we had some issues we had ants a spiders in EVERY bedroom upstairs. I notified the owners nothing was done about it we had to end up buying bug spray and stuff. They didn’t have any wash cloths the provided us a couple towels literally a couple for 16 people, even tho we brought our own you should still have that on site, the dishes that was there were not properly cleaned they had food residue left on them. Then she stated that a couple of towels were stained an had to be replaced a that she was going to charge me $102 like where are you getting towels from for $102. I asked her to send me photos of the “stained towels” NEVER received the photos but yet you still wanna charge me. I even asked if we could negotiate the charge seeing we had the ant and spiders NO RESPONSE!!!! Horrible customer service nice home but they just need to work and fix a couple things before renting it out again.

National High School Cheer Competition

As far as the location, property itself and check in, our experience was overall good. Their is a lot of room and perfect for big families. We had a few issues. We were not aware that the house did not provide wash cloths or hand towels so we had to go buy some. The coffee pot is very small. Maybe two cups for a house that sleeps 18. The day we arrived we reported the ice machine was not working. It took 3 days for a tech to show up. I assume the ice machine was not able to be fixed because we never got ice and we never heard a word from the host updating us on the ice machine. We stayed 7 days with NO ice. A follow up message would have been appreciated. The patio furniture is very worn and used. We were not able to use the pool much because it was very warm. We paid to have the heat turned on but it was almost to hot. The community pool was very nice but too cool to swim in. The air hockey table barely blows air out and is not smooth. The pool table is not level and worn. Our overall experience was good but was not anything to overly brag about.

Great house for multiple families!

The house was great for multiple families and had appropriate & well decorated spaces for all ages! The kids loved their rooms! We all felt that we had enough room & really enjoyed the pool and lazy river area on site! One major problem is that this house, especially of this size for many people, did not come with many basic necessities. There were not nearly enough towels, no washcloths, barely any bath hand towels, we had to use the couple hand towels as shower mats and dish towels because there were none of those either. There were zero dish towels, no oven mitts, no cutting boards, no decent size baking sheets/dishes, bowls or cookware- only small damaged/overused ones & small frying pans, there were pots. This made it very difficult to prepare meals for a large group. Each bathroom had less than one roll of toilet paper in them. They didn’t even have a pen or notepad. Our families have stayed in many rentals and this was a super fun one but plan a big wal-mart trip for all basic necessities (toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, etc.). We were also sent the wrong codes for check-in and spent 20 minutes trying to get answers from multiple contact numbers while waiting out front. With that said overall our family had a great time and we are thankful we got to stay in such a fun house!

Needs Kitchen Supplies

Good property, clean rooms, nice pool, plenty of living space. Kitchen definitely needs more supplies. Don't plan on cooking if you book here. No can opener, blender didn't have blades so it was basically useless. Only two pans that had loose handles. No baking sheet or cutting board. No trash bags supplied. Pool table was uneven and the pool sticks had no tips. Other than that, fairly nice home and a decent stay.

Bucket List Trip 5/2-5/9/22

We took a long time deciding on a property and settled on this one because the listing led us to believe it was across the street from the children’s water park area, it’s not, it’s a mile away. Across the street is a very nice pool area but if you are looking to be close to the lazy river and kids play area then this is not the property for you. We traveled as a group of 10 for my spouse’s bucket list trip to Florida. We expected a larger pool, a clean home and a comfortable place to spend time together. We did pay the $210 for the pool to be heated but it wasn’t heated til our second day there after a maintenance person was called out. The problem ended up being a very dirty, clogged filter which caused the system to stop. The pool had a dead frog in it and muck on the bottom. The skimmer left for us was torn and useless. The child safety fence was not connected to the wall properly so it should not be depended on for safety. Upon arrival we were given the wrong code to the house 3 times. When we entered we were appalled at the filth. The walls had big black smudges, hand prints, food, gashes. The carpeted staircase was beyond filth. Considering one of our party is a terminal cancer patient we were concerned about cross contamination especially in the bathroom. The bathroom in the downstairs suite was so disgusting. We bought cleaning products and scrubbed toilets and sinks, handles, etc. The master water closet had fecal matter on the wall. I made the owner immediately aware with many pictures and there was no offer of sending a cleaning service or an apology. Be prepared to bring linens. Sheets on the bed are gauze thin and stained. Towels are very limited with no hand or face towels. We purchased sheets, pillows, hand towels, etc. just so we could have enough and have clean stuff. We are very average, hard working folks. We do not have expensive lifestyles with the best things but we saved a long time to make this trip happen and we spent thousands on this rental so we at least expected a clean home with the amenities advertised. The living room couch was so sticky and broken on two sides. The living room floor had lines of crusted dirt from where the tables or chairs had rested for so long. One of our party had to screw the legs in on two of the dining room chairs because they were so loose and unsafe. Only 1 adult room has an en suite bathroom. Please spend your money and time elsewhere.
