Upon checking in the entire house seemed dirty. Walls definitely need to be cleaned and painted, the floors were not swept and mopped. I was told the cleaners would come back to clean but never did. My guest and I had to eventually clean ourselves. The pool nor jacuzzi were heated so that was a waste of money. The jets in the jacuzzi were splashing everywhere because the water levels were low. For the price of this home, there needs to be some updates to the property. The home has great potential but needs better managing for such large parties (guest count) during such a busy weekend (Classic)! Would I book again? Not if I can help it.

Our stay here was nothing but amazing. The limitation of parking space for a 14 bedroom home should be analyzed and considered, two stoves for this size home would be more feasible, and seating for 32 people to dine was a difficult task. Other than minor cosmetic issues (leg broke on sofa and remotes needed new batteries) the house was great and we had a blase.

Great for a large group with multiple families

We stayed with our club volleyball team - 8 players and 8 families plus our coach. Lots of space for everyone. The patio and pool area was enjoyed by all. Our teenagers loved the game rooms and other amenities. We had a few minor maintenance issues which were immediately addressed. It was perfect for our large group!Depending on the times you are coming from and going to the house there can be a backup at the front gate which was a bit annoying but understandable with a gated neighborhood with so many large rental houses.

The house was very nice. When encountered issue with AC property manager responded quickly and it was repaired the next day. Property is as described.

Large group trip

We have just returned from a fantastic 2 week stay and didn’t want to come home!The property is amazing and had so much space even for a large group! Any issues we had the property manager sorted straight away for us and communication was wonderful!The outdoor pool area was amazing! Really spacious with an incredible pool! We would definitely like to book again for our trip next year as it was everything we wanted and more!

Comfortable Stay in a Massive Mansion

Overall great experience and when issues arised as they do from time to time, the property management was on top of it......would recommend again and likely will rent this place next year.

Family vacation

The house was a beautiful home. The home needs a good cleaning. There was condoms left at the hot tub! The linens was not fixing for the luxurious home that we for in. Bleach spots on the bed covers. Bathrooms had seals on the toilets seats, but really needed a good cleaning. 1/4 toilet paper in Bathrooms could have put one full roll in the Bathrooms. Wet towels folded in let on the beds. 5- maybe 10 wash clothes. I have being renting house for my family vacation every year for 10 years. There was damages from the pool areas, burns marks on the rugs to bathroom fixtures and door fixtures coming apart. I have pictures to validate my claims. Over all we did have a good time. If someone had responded to my calls and texts i would not have had to put this on my review.

Family Vacation

The house was perfect, great neighborhood plenty of parking space. Inside the house is very spacious plenty of cookware and dishes. The pool was great nice size plus there’s a pool on property with slides and a nice gym. If need anything plenty of stores all within 5 minutes (grocery, restaurant gas, Walmart and Sam's) Disney parks are less then 30 minutes away. Overall I give this house a 5 star and would use it again if I come to Florida again

The Beauty and the Beast

Pros: Beautiful house with lots of space, quiet area, lovely pond view, and comfy couches outside. Cons: The property manager lacks effective communication skills. The price list we were initially given for "upgrades" magically changed and was not honored as JC claimed those prices were for smaller houses and were accidentally sent (we did receive a fair discount though) When sharing issues that arouse within the house JC did not actively address them all. One issue we had was a pin being on television and JC telling me that I was incorrect. Joe did come and fix the problem after I took a video of what was occurring as JC did not believe me. Secondly, the heat in the pool ceased after the first day. When the pool company finally arrived, unknowingly (I kept following up with JC), we only had the last night to enjoy it. Thirdly, water was leaking from the ceiling light near the fridge, and when I informed JC, he told me "...the one closest to the stove has no interior light" When I was looking right at it and even if it was exterior, it was dripping from that area. No one came to check this out and I was told to check the AC area (wasting my vacation time). Roaches in the home, black spots in the shower that appear to be mold, dirty linen, filthy pillows, and mattresses without mattresses or pillow protective covers. All of these things were reported and I was informed by JC today "I go back through the chats, you haven't mentioned anything about the roaches." which is untrue
