Disney Visit

5 day stay to visit Disney. Convenient location with easy check-in. Nice pool and condo has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Be aware that it is a third floor walk up so not good for people with mobility issues.

Location was the best thing about it. Pretty well equipped, and secure. Unit is near the pool, which plays loudish music all the time. Started at 7am this Saturday morning. Living and bedroom blinds need replacing for privacy and light control. Living blinds were missing slats, and bedroom had very cheap blinds that didn't close well. King size mattress, but VERY firm! Uncomfortable sofa.

Beautiful property!

My stay was wonderful thanks in part to this rental. It was clean, bright, comfortable and spacious. Everything promised in the listing was at the property. Also very close to Disney, Epcot, and Universal Studios. Highly recommend! The suggestions I would make are to 1) replace the pillows (which are rock hard) with something softer; include a few starter pantry items, such as two or three Keurig pods, creamer and sugar packets, and maybe a couple of bottles of water; and 3) move the checkout time from 10am to 11am.Otherwise a fantastic experience!

Comfortable Stay

Spent 3 weeks in the Condo at Legacy Dunes and had a pleasant stay. Perfect for a couple, everything we needed was there, clean, working and in good condition. Communication was easy with the owner and I would happily recommend to others. Legacy Dunes is a well kept resort and good value for money.

Everything you need!

This property was close to Disney and a small car ride to Cocoa Beach! The living space is perfect- and within a minute walk to the pool. The grounds are safe and clean- and the evenings are restful and quiet. Fabulous spot in Kissimmee!

Great 1 bedroom condo

This condo has a margaritaville theme. It’s just the right size for us. Love the gated community. Nice pool, gym, game room, tennis and pickle ball courts. We had a great time. If you’re looking to relax in the sun and maybe golf some too, this place is for you. Hosts are quick to respond to questions too! What more could you ask for?

Clean and quiet.

Clean interior, did not use outdoor areas due to the weather. Unit has been updated but one thing we would recommend is to upgrade the bed to memory foam. The current mattress was not comfortable.

Nice stay

The condo was very clean and well equipped with the essentials. Loved having a washer and dryer. The beds were not that comfortable but okay. Didnt love lugging our luggage and children to the 3rd floor but not that bad. Pool area was very nice and had a splah pad for the littles! Gym was great. Overall checking in was easy. My biggeet issue was losing electricity on our last evening. That was a huge inconvenience. Had to speak to security outside, who gave us the emergency number. We left a message and about an hour and a half later the electricity came back on. I was unable to get a hold of Anthony that night, which was very frustrating. Graciously mail me a very important item that I had left at the condo, which was greatly appreciated.

Amazing vacation

The condo was beautifully decorated and the view was wonderful. The kitchen had everything we needed and there was even a football and basketball. The bedroom was lovely and the pullout couch was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. My only wish would have been for a mirror in the bedroom. I’d definitely go back.

Great hosts, great facility

We enjoyed the pool area, gym and the pickleball courts. All areas are clean and safe (lots of lighting at night) and are very well kept. Our unit was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed to cook in. We would definitely stay at Legacy Dunes again.

Great pool

We loved the location of the unit, great view of the pool. The pool was great, nice layout and lots of tables, chairs and loungers. The downside was that you could hear the music all the time from the unit. The beds were hard as rock, a more comfortable bed would have been nice Lastly, the tile floors were cracked and in the bathroom a grungy floor mat, not a bath mat, had been placed over the cracks.. I would not step on it with bare feet, always had to place a towel over it

AC was bad and pool was very hot

Spot was perfect for Disney and its outside the chaos of Disney. If we had A/C and a functioning dishwasher it would have been a lot nicer. The pool was very shallow and very hot too. The bed was comfortable it had a nice kitchen and clean environment. It was VERY HOT though. We couldn't stay to long inside during the day. I have small children and they couldn't handle the heat ether. I would wake up in sweat and it was very humid..we left a night early because we just couldn't wait to get out of the heat. We notified the owner the first day we got there. The owner said they had someone check it and that it was fine. But my husband is an AC tech and told me it was definitely not fine. Also the tiles were cracked in the bathroom and makes you kinda sink in the floor. We saved up a long time for our first family vacation and this could have been a lot better if we had A/C. We even went out and bought our own fans...they didnt do much. Anyways if you plan on staying here be sure the owner really fixed the AC issue. Or stay here when it's not hot outside.

Excellent stay. Comfortable and clean unit. Resort as everything and close to so much.

This is the second time we have stayed at Legacy Dunes in one of Antony and Scott’s units. They are very comfortable and nicely decorated also well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay and will be returning for sure.

Perfect size and comfort for two!

The condo was exactly as pictured. It had everything we needed. It is a very clean condo. It was close enough to the parks, but far enough away to be out of the craziness around Orlando. There are plenty of restaurants and stores close to the condo. I liked the security of the gates and the trash drop off right outside the door. We did not experience any problems! Great condo!

Awesome Universal Experience

My wife and daughter stay here for 5 days for a mini vacation. The condo was very clean. Anthony was very organized and easy to work with. The check in process is easy and went seamless. Love the gated community. Give us a sense of security. The condo was closed to restaurants and attractions. It felt like home and my wife said she will be back. My wife is very picky so I was surprise that she loved it so much. The only compliant is the couch bed mattress is hard and uncomfortable. My daughter just slept on the couch which was fine. Overall a Great Experience.
