Casas de vacaciones privadas en Orinda

"Couch was dusty and made everyones allergies act up but everything else seemed clean. Had everything you would need for a weekend stay"

"Dustin does a great job hosting guests with his wonderful Berkeley hills house. We really enjoyed the views, privacy & slept well. He has a lot of coffee making alternatives also!"

"Alex is as mentioned a real supperhost. Me and a friend of mine stayed at the house. Beuatiful small garden in the back where"

"Great location and comfortable spot for two people and outdoor spaces are very nice; check-in and check-out were easy and the host was very responsive when needed. I do feel the listing is misleading, as you will not find out until your check-in email (or thoroughly reading reviews first) that the hot tub is shared with two other vacation rentals. Additionally, it is also located on the grounds of one cottage, so there is some awkwardness in traipsing through someone else's space, especially at...

"Spacious home however the property was unfortunately poorly cleaned and maintained with a lot of existing wear and tear. Keypad code did not work upon arrival. Rooms and windows were dusty and dirty, shower handle broke off twice, odorous rooms with no screen windows for ventilation, kitchen sink handle missing control buttons, privacy film on bathroom window bubbled/peeled, thin and sagging mattresses, stained bed pillows and spider webs and spiders inside and outside of the home. Could not...

"Such a great place! Very clean, spacious and comfortable. We were sad we could only stay one night :( We would have loved to stay longer!"

"Communication with owner was clear, but the place could’ve been cleaner. Also not a great location to be in, but close enough to Oakland Arena which is what I needed."

"Worked okay for us. Needs a little attention"

"Communication was excellent. I was very happy with our stay. My kids and I were attending a concert at Oracle Park, and this was a great distance from the venue for our entire week."

"Of all my travels, this was one of the best places I have ever stayed at. We had a large gathering of friends to celebrate a birthday and the loss of another friend of ours. Our host, Dustin, was genuinely one of the greatest hosts I've ever interacted with. Extremely accommodating, excellent communication, and was very quick to respond and answer all of our questions clearly. The property is beautiful and extremely spacious. We were able to take advantage of the hot tub in the backyard as well...

"A house that's been chopped up into many bedrooms, closets, and bathrooms so you can fit several families. Very convenient to the Solano retail core and a short drive to the BART. The backyard could use some TLC to turn it into a place one would want up hang out in."
