"Check in was easy once our code was sent, Inside everything was very basic clean, functional. Toys in yard and Netflix was great for grandkids.Only down side was the out side was unkept. We a good stay."

"this is a lovely spot which would be spectacular with some TLC...it really needs some updating, some thorough cleaning, some trimming of shrubs etc and some kitchen organization.The front deck is wonderful and we enjoyed much time there. The home was easy to find and easy to access. Just needs some upgrading and TLC to make it a truly great VRBO!"

"We had a group of five staying here, and it was great to have enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The owner was very responsive to our messages and answered all of our questions promptly. We would definitely look to book this house again, as it worked very well for our larger group and was conveniently located near the Barrie Ice Arena. Everyone had a great stay!"

"The decor in the place is really nice & the hosts do not skimp out on supplies such as toilet paper & hand soap. The kitchen appliances were high end & it was very well stocked. They had a ton of board games & Netflix available for guests. There are plenty of water toys (kayaks, canoe, paddle boards) to make use of. The assorted life jackets came in handy for us as well.There were a few downsides though:* the water was not drinkable (since it is well water) and it had quite a putrid smell to it....
