This was the most well-equipped rental that we have stayed at. While we didn't cook here, had we, everything needed was available. The condo has top of the line appliances in good working order. Of special note is the combo washer and dryer. Other rentals that we have stayed in only had a washer and a rack to dry your clothes. The unit is exceptionally quiet. During our 10 days stay I never heard a neighbor. The directions provided to the unit brought us directly to the front door. The condo is located in a gated community that is regularly patrolled by security. Seeing them regularly provided a sense of security. There are several outstanding restaurants within a 5-minute walk. The beach is minutes away too. There is a small market within walking distance too. You could stay here and never leave the area for your entire stay. There nothing that one would need that the condo doesn't have or one can't buy within an easy walk. I would consider renting this unit again.

Great location

Condo is lovely and is close to beach and lots of restaurants. Everything is in walking distance. Perfect for our 3 days in Sint Marteen!

Great Experience!!

Great experience at Orient Bay at the La Bevelle! The accommodations were perfect for 2 adults. Excellent area to spend time at the beach, walking distance to many restaurants and grocery store. We will be back! Great vacation!

Second Stay

We had another wonderful stay! Since we stayed longer this time it was nice to have a fully stocked kitchen to cook meals at home. The bed as always is extremely comfortable. We will definitely stay again.

This property was perfect! Well stocked kitchen, very clean, comfortable bed! Well stocked with start up TP, washer pods, dishwasher pods, dish soap, and shampoo and wash. 2 cold beers awaited us! Thank you Johnny and Lynn!

Romantic Getaway

This was our second stay in Johnny and Lynn's romantic Orient Beach apartment. This stay was also outstanding. Perfect location, amenities and very quiet. Owners and management company excellent to work with. plan to come back next year for longer stay.

I enjoyed it here very much. kitchen has so many good things that other places never have ! great location near the beach and the restaurants and grocery store. bed was comfortable but needs more pillows.

Unit is perfectly sized for a couple. Kitchen has is fully equipped. Great location. The unit has easy access to the beach and all of the restaurants on the beach and in the village.

Great Stay!

La Bevelle was exactly what we imagined! Check in was extremely easy and the size of the unit was fantastic. On the quieter side of the village but was just what we liked. Easy walk to the shops and restaurants as well as the beach. The unit had everything we needed for our stay! I would highly recommend and we will be back!

Apartment is very comfortable and in close walking distance (5-minute walk) to all restaurants, shops, and the beach. The neighbors were very quiet, and we had a restful stay. Only bummer was that the dishwasher was broken, and I ended up doing the dishes for the week. I think housekeeping should spend some time doing the dishes in the place one the dishwasher is fixed. Also, some additional pillows for the bed upstairs would be appreciated and some hand soap. However, none of this is a dealbreaker and the apartment is very nice, and we would absolutely return. Thanks!
