Minimum stay of 3 nights - EXCEPT 10/01 to 12/01/26 (2 nights possible).

Located in a 3-star residence with wellness area, spa, hammam, indoor and heated swimming pool, bar, restaurant, mini-market with bread depot and laundromat. Access to the spa/hammam/swimming pool is included in the rental (treatments by appointment at an additional cost).

The Hameau des Eaux d'Orelle is located in Orelle in the Maurienne valley, between Saint-Michel-de-Maurienne and Modane, 6 kilometres from the A43 motorway.

The accommodation offers sleeping accommodation for a maximum of 4 people: 2 in the living room thanks to a very comfortable sofa bed that is extremely quick to switch to bedding mode and 2 in a separate mountain area closed by a door where there are bunk beds that are ideal for children. Bed linen, duvets and pillows for all beds are provided.
On request we also offer towels for hire.

Sofa bed 160x200 in the living room and bunk beds 90x190 in the mountain area.
Equipped kitchenette: fridge, 2-burner ceramic hob, dishwasher, multifunction oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and raclette & fondue set.

Plenty of storage space, 80cm flat screen TV, Hi-fi/MP3 system

An individual ski locker is at your disposal on the first floor of the building.

The minimum length of stay is 3 nights regardless of the period (if the calendar were to allow a shorter stay, it would be a mistake and please do not follow through).

ATTENTION :
End of stay cleaning is NOT included in the rental price. You can request it with an extra charge (60€) after booking.
Towels and bath towels are not included in the rental price. They can be ordered at an extra cost after booking.
Similarly, the rental does not include napkins or dish towels for the kitchen, even as an option.


SUMMER
Many activities await you in the surroundings, such as hiking, mountain biking, canyoning or via ferrata. The Orelle tourist office offers many activities: visit of the local heritage, excursion to Italy (Turin), etc...
At the Espace Alu in St Michel de Maurienne, come and discover the great history of aluminium in the Maurienne.
Every Tuesday, the Orelle and Orelle-Caron gondolas allow you to access 2300m in 12 minutes and then 3200m in 7 minutes more. You will even be able to continue by gondola to the resort of Val Thorens to enjoy its shops and activities.
In Plan Bouchet, 2300m, you can follow the marked hiking routes, eat at the Chalet Chinal Donat or go down by mountain bike.

WINTER
800m from the "3 Vallées Express" gondola for direct access (in 15 minutes) to the 3 valleys/Val Thorens ski area (600kms of slopes). A free shuttle bus takes you there in 5 minutes every 1/4 hour with departure in front of the residence. You will find ESF, daycare and equipment rental at the gondola.
