Perfect Family Beach Vacay

Perfect location. Wonderfully clean. Well outfitted for guests. Pictures and description are accurate. We loved that there was a little area of sand off the back deck for our grandchildren to play when we couldn't get to the beach as soon as they wanted.

A perfect getaway

We spent three nights at this home, and found it to be perfect in every way. It is clean, roomy, comfortable and well-furnished. The icing on the cake is the short walk through the dune grass to the beautiful and uncrowded beach. We will be back!

The Perfect Beach House

We loved our stay at this property! The house is beautiful and offers lovely views of the ocean. It was very clean and well stocked with everything we could need. What made the stay perfect were all the little touches...lots of extra cozy blankets, a kitchen that had everything we could possibly need, elegant beach decor, blankets for the dog...everything that makes a vacation rental feel like a home. We will definitely be back!

The Perfect Beach house

Our stay was so comfortable and relaxing. The house feels like home and is so well appointed. The bedding is perfect and i especially loved the deep clawfoot tub. I felt the care in the details and look forward to coming back again soon. Beautiful home.

Peaceful & relaxing beach house!

Our family enjoyed our stay here. Very peaceful neighborhood and short walk on trail to beach. It rained most the time we were here but when the sun came out we enjoyed sitting on back deck. Bedrooms had space heaters which were much appreciated as it got cooler at night.We enjoyed sitting by the fire watching the storm.

Rated as 10/10 for a reason

Our new wintertime family vacation tradition will forever be here! We are a little OCD when it comes to clean, tidy, & cozy places to stay - this checks all of those boxes! We are a family of 4, and our mini labradoodle of course joined us as well! Communication with the host was seamless, instructions for the home (a well-organized 3-ring binder on the kitchen counter) was helpful & well communicated, and the home was just….well - perfect. Great layout - timelessly decorated, spacious, quality furniture, comfortable beds/pillows, lots of natural light, clean (pet-friendly, but no weird smells or stains anywhere - which is hard to come by in most vacation rentals), and best of all - cozy! Plenty of little extras throughout - dog towels in the laundry room to wipe wet paws, linens & extra towels in the bathrooms, toiletry items in the cabinets, step stool, a wide-variety of pots/pans/cooking items, houseplants…the list goes on! One of our favorite things is the wood-burning fireplace. Since we stayed in wintertime, it was definitely a cozy extra that we needed. I could further elaborate on how great this place is, but, honestly, you just have to stay there. It’s rated 10/10 for a reason. Thank you Pete & Linda! We’ll be back next year!

Lovely Beachfront Stay

The beach house rental exceeded our expectations in every way. The property offers stunning views that create the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The accommodations were exceptionally comfortable, providing a cozy and inviting space for our family. Its premium location made it easy to explore the area, with close proximity to activities like crab snaring—a highlight of our trip.We also enjoyed visiting the nearby Tillamook Cheese Factory, which was both fun and delicious. Dining at Crab Rock Pizza was another treat; their Italian-style pizzas are not to be missed. Evenings were spent around the fire, creating wonderful family memories.The host was fantastic, with quick and responsive communication that made our stay seamless. We would absolutely recommend this beach house to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing coastal retreat.

Simply amazing

Quite possibly the BEST rental property we have ever stayed - and we travel alot! Stunning location with easy access to an incredible beach. Accommodations were more than comfortable- beds were awesome, kitchen is over stocked with everything you could imagine, including multiple spices. Very roomy living area and master bedroom. Can’t recommend highly enough - we would LoVE to come back!

Nedonna Beach Getaway

Great for families!
