"This home is great. We stayed here for 10 days while attending an event at Train Mountain. The location was very convenient and the home felt totally comfortable. It is very spacious and very “homey.” The décor is not modern, if that matters to anyone, but it just makes it feel more comfortable. The management company was extremely responsive to the few small issues we had, even keeping us informed when there was a power failure in the area for a few hours. "We do an annual road trip to see family in Washington. We have tried 6 different rentals in Grants Pass, and this was lucky #7! The best one we have found. Very clean, everything was in great condition, stuff was easy to find and use. A small private gravel area off the bedroom for our dog to do her business, and plenty of grass in the courtyard as well. Plus, a great walk up coffee bar just a 2 min walk away! I think we found our must-stay location for all of our future trips."

"After my long day on the road, it was such a relief to enter this calm home in such a quiet neighborhood! My trip was to visit my daughter after her move to Grants Pass and explore town - we enjoyed ending our days in the hot tub! I was thrilled at how easy it was to get downtown, or go out to main roads to her home. I really felt ‘away from it all’, but I could get anywhere easily. "We have been coming to Ashland and OSF for 30 years. We have stayed at many places -- motels out by the freeway, hotels in town, B&Bs, but this place has been our favorite. We have been coming here for the last 8 years or so, this year for four nights. We cooked two nights, and got take out two nights (pizza and Thai from a place down by the University). It is more economical than eating out and more fun. A great family tradition! "

"The location was great access wise. It was close to a bank so lots of traffic when we got there and the some of the occupants in the cars were "questionable". We were worried it was going to be noisy but once inside it was very pleasant. Very clean and had just about everything you need. We were comfortable and will definately consider staying again should we be in the area. The price was great! Thank you!"

"Pictures do not do this place justice!! It is so beautiful and it was so nice to stay out of the city. If you have kids they will absolute enjoy the pool and outdoor area. We were initially concerned about no kitchen however the way they have it set up makes it so practice and useable! The home was so nice, very clean and the supply closet was a great little bonus for the little things u may forget to bring! The homeowner was very friendly and responsive and it was nice to have such a relaxing...
