"Amazing room. Like a suite with a separate sitting room. Sea and downland views from the bedroom and sea view from sitting room. Spotless rooms and bathroom. Lashings of hot water. Super quiet too. "The hotel wad in a good location within 10 mins walk of the centre of Rye. Free parking was a real benefit. Hotel staff were all very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean, quiet and spacious with a nice view looking out over the river. Breakfast was cooked to order and was very tasty. We enjoyed our stay at the Haven hotel and would thoroughly recommend. "

Tack för all din hjälp med laddare, tallrik och bestick samt när jag ville ha pizza ditkörd på kvällen🙏🙏👌 Ditt glada och trevliga sätt fick vistelsen att kännas hemtrevligt. Rummet var välstädat. Trevligt inrett trots att det var gammal stil med knarrande golv😁God frukost 👍👍Hotellet låg nära havet och var lugnt och trevligt....

"Everything was good and the lovely view over golf course both from our room and the restaurant is always beautiful! Staff all friendly and obliging not a critism just a suggestion it would be good to give the choice of cappuccino, latte and hot chocolate at breakfast even if an extra charge for this was necessary! To top the stay it had snowed overnight and we were greeted with a delightful scene upon opening our room curtains! 2nd time of staying at Dale Hill and will definitely be returning...

"The property is a little tired but it's so easy to overlook that with the warmth of the welcome and fantastic service. Breakfast was all cooked fresh to order (with perfectly poached eggs!!) and the place was spotlessly clean. We'll definitely stay again when in Hastings with our dog."
