"Mi vuelo se demoró y llegué al hotel a las 3 am, como no había entrado desde el día anterior no me perdieron tomar mi habitación, me tuve que ir a otro hotel a esa hora con 2 niños menores a esa hora, aún cuando me habitación estaba pagada, terrible el manager a quien le marcaron para darnos alguna alternativa y no nos dio ninguna opción "
