"We booked and paid for our stay 1 year in advance for a 3 week stay. We have been coming here for the last 6 years. It used to be wonderful and charming. The property was sold and changed to a new owner who decided to renovate. One day before our arrival from Pennsylvania, we were notified that our accommodations would not be available. "The beach is not visible from the room or patio as you have to climb the stairs over the dune to see the beach. The room was nicely decorated and had most needs but the bed was the thing that lowered the rating. The mattress had so little support that with two people you both ended up rolled in to each other in the center. The frame was also wobbly and creaked when you turned over in bed.
