Acerca de esta propiedad

The Arabesque at Triple View Tiny Houses

  • "Unique"- Defined as being the only one of its kind; unlike anything else- is the most appropriate word to describe the space you've found.

Tucked into an underrated adventure corner of Western Colorado, the Arabesque is the Tiny Home hidden gem you've been scrolling to find. The socks will be knocked off your travel companions and you!

    The Perks!
    -Try a Tiny
    -WiFi
    -Pet/420 Friendly
    -Privacy
    -Fire Pit
    -Full Size Bathroom
    -Unique design

Designed to delight your eyes and stimulate your senses, The Arabesque is a serenade of styles. Inspired by travels through North Africa and the Mediterranean, this is a humble attempt to recreate feelings one has staying in a Moroccan riad or Spanish country estate.

Everything in this Tiny House is designed from the ground up with your stay in mind. Completed in November 2021, each custom element blends into the next creating a seamless short term stay experience.

With plenty of parking on-site, you'll pull into the property and see the impressive building of the Arabesque. With three other tiny's around, you won't be able to miss this beauty for its height and size. Tiny? Yes. But only just barely. The 386sqft floor plan also has a large loft and a tremendous balcony for you to spread out.

Outdoors you'll find stunning sunrises over the West Elk mountains. In the evening be prepared for all the purples and pinks for sunsets beyond the Grand Mesa. The San Juan Mountains to the South make your panorama complete.

The stars here are spectacular. Dark skies mean most nights you can see the Milky Way. The outdoor fire pit is stocked for your arrival and perfect for seeing stars or staring into the embers.

When you've had your fill of the Great Outdoors, come on inside and get cozy. Climate control makes this space comfortable in any season with the push of a button.

The indoor elements are a mix of styles and materials which blend to your enjoyment. An extraordinary amount of time was put into sourcing and building everything you'll see. An antique door from India welcomes you in, and the Mexican Talavera tile guides you from room to room. Each piece of the hand made wooden furniture was sourced from a local 120yo apricot tree. The stairs were built from an old downed elm tree and the hand rails from Grand Mesa aspen deadfall. The lamps are from Turkey. The soul of this place is inspired from abroad, but all the design and hard work and ideas are local to this Colorado native.

The name of the AirBnB game is heads in beds, and a good night's sleep is my promise to you. The bedroom is quiet, private and sexy. The bed itself is comfortable and brand new. An additional comfy sleeping area in the loft means extra guests are welcome.

Your bathroom setup is comfortable and enticing. A Tiny House can give people concerns about things being too small or inconvenient. This is not. Everything is full sized and on-grid. No outhouses or compost toilets here! After a day hiking or biking or hunting, the shower is instantly hot and restorative.

There is an abundance of things to discover on this property both inside and out. There are spectacular views and a good long walk just outside the door overlooking the Gunnison River. The area and the home are magical and designed for memory making. I think you're going to love it.

Each of my homes are welcoming to every type of traveler. I love hosting first time AirBnB users as well as regular users of the platform. All LGBTQ people are welcome and have a safe space under this roof. People from all races, nations, religions, and political viewpoints can make themselves at home.

***A note on pets*** Your pets are welcome here as well. Unfortunately, pets who are uncontrollable barkers, droolers, poopers or destroyers of stuff should be looking for other accommodations. I charge a $50/pet/stay fee (not by the night). When you book your stay, please say that you are bringing a pet along with you in your initial messaging. I then send over the pet-fee request which you can confirm from your end.

***A note on smoking*** Guests are welcome to smoke at my property. Weed and cigarettes. Please do all your smoking outside. Your cleaners and host will be most upset if you decide to smoke indoors instead.

Your host is also the owner of the property, Charley (Hi!) I split my time between here and Denver. To help manage interactions and communications, I work with auto-messaging software. This helps ensure you get quick and accurate information about your stay. Of course, I always see your messages and happy to respond when your question is beyond the messenger.

I love putting faces to names and am eager to meet you during your stay. I am forever respectful of your space and privacy. When we have a chance to meet, I do my very best to read the audience and sense if you'd care to speak or are content with the simple hello.

Your immediate neighbors are my other guests. Besides the Arabesque, there are three other tiny houses on site which are also AirBnB rentals.

Next closest neighbors are the eagles, rabbits, deer, raccoons, quail, owls and lizards who may or may not be social during your visit.

More likely to wave at you (and they will) are the good folks of Orchard City. Established in 1912 this tiny town of less than 5,000 residents is full of people eager to wave and say hi.

While seemingly remote, this location is quite central to several cool small towns, all the amenities, and sights to see. You will be less than 10 miles from the towns of Delta and Cedaredge. Groceries, liquor stores and cool shops are all around and soon, so too will be recreational dispensaries. Within an hour drive you can be to the following towns and cities as well: Grand Junction, Montrose, Paonia and more!

A significant number of my guests come for the spectacular adventure opportunities in the area. You will be about 40 minutes from either entrance to the Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park, and 30 minutes from your door to the visitors center atop the Grand Mesa. I'm happy to point you toward all the good wine tastings, hiking, biking, cross country, hunting, fishing, birding, driving and everything you're into. I promise, it's here!

Guests will need their own wheels in the area. This space is close to several small cool towns and all the amenities you might want. That being said, walking distance is not really a concept which applies. By all means, walk around the place and down by the Gunnison River. But for arriving and leaving, public transportation is not actually an option.
Pets are welcome here. There is a $50/stay fee. The best way to add this fee is to UPDATE YOUR GUEST COUNT. Unfortunately extreme barkers, droolers, property destroyers, or pets with indoor bathroom issues should look for other accommodations. This fee goes to my cleaning team. If you're bringing a service animal I can't legally charge you, but it would be great if you could pay the fee to pay the cleaners for their extra work.

All smoking to be done outside.

This entire property is hosted on a basis of respect for all. This listing and property welcomes everyone regardless of race, gender, sexual or political persuasion. When you're on sight, the expectation is that you will practice this same respect and tolerance for other guests on property.
