"Everything about our stay in Aruba was wonderful. Jaime was the perfect host—truly a 10 out of 10. He was extremely responsive to our needs; for example, he came right over to show us how to use the induction stovetop.The place was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with essentials like toilet paper and dish soap. But what really set Jaime apart was how he went above and beyond: when our rental car battery died and the rental company was completely unresponsive, Jaime personally came to help us...

"Fiar was a great property manager. Incredibly prompt and helpful.The only negative is the hot water. The on demand system installed isn’t large enough to maintain good water pressure. In order to keep the water hot, you had to reduce pressure substantially. "

"I recommend this place to someone who loves privacy. We received great care from the host. We stayed in the king bedroom, which was super comfortable and spacious. It was only a 5-7 minute walk to the beach, going through the passageway, which was super convenient since we did not rent a car, and the bus stop was also right in front of the Marriot which was right outside the passageway. The room was clean, the bathroom was nice and clean as well, and they had a number we could call if we needed...

"This is a total sham. A con job. I did not get anything till the last day of this luxurious suite. I originally reserved a house with pool and hot tub. It was a bait and switch, never got an email confirming reservation because you all were giving me a dump of a room, not a house that I reserved. The room is very small the furniture is from the Salvation Army. I have plenty of photos to share with the bbb and all on Facebook. Never have I been treated to this level of crap by your organization....
