Very disappointed!
We were told someone would “greet” us and tell us of various activities and restaurants. NO ONE WAS THERE! The door was unlocked, so we found our way in to Bocoba’s 361. The door remained UNLOCKED FOR TWO DAYS. The lock was BROKEN! We tried to contact the owner, but it was to no avail. The Gatekeeper finally found someone to fix said lock! When my husband tried to toast bread, the toaster fell off the wall! Thank God our cab driver helped us to connect the WiFi and several other things! Our “picturesque” view for the entire stay was a CRANE outside the window, off the balcony!!
I would highly suggest that you, Vrbo, a very reputable organization, research your clients more thoroughly in the future. We would NEVER go back there again!!
After putting up with the very disappointing condo and risking our possessions (not to mention our lives!) for the two nights the lock was broken, we asked for An extra hour for our departure time and were denied.
VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!
