I can't say enough positive things about this space. It's beachfront to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Plenty of space for my family of five. It has three balconies to take in Eagle Beach. Kitchen and grill helped us save some money on meals out. The pools (4 in total) are well maintained. Our host welcomed us and gave us a tour of facility and had local recommendations. It was my family's favorite trip ever. Location much quieter than Palm beach and plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. We will return!!

We had a wonderful stay at Oceania. We were 3 couples and had plenty of space to spread out. Check in/out was seamless and any issues we had were resolved quickly. Views are beautiful, especially having the roof top access, where we would watch sunset. The beach is right across the street and the bus system is so easy so there’s no need for a rental car unless you want to explore further out on the other side of the island. I highly recommend this rental!

Across the street from Eagle Beach with the most amazing views of the ocean, the pools are beautiful. The grounds were absolutely gorgeous and it was close to everything. We had absolutely everything we needed and ample space for a family of four. Absolutely loved our vacation would give it a 10 out of 10 will definitely book this condo again.

Fantastic condo on Eagle Beach that was very spacious for a family of five along with lots of extras including several huge pools, easy access to the beach and activities and a game room and fitness center all onsite. The host was extremely responsive when we had a small issue with something in the unit and security was always present. We were in the heart of so many restaurants and activities without being in the touristy overcrowded areas. It was wonderful!

The property is impressively situated across from Eagle Beach with stunning beach views from all three balconies and the rooftop plaza. The kitchen was well appointed and we were able to cook several full family meals. The location has a nearby large grocery store (drivable) and plenty of restaurants (walkable).

We’ve stayed at a few places in the Oceania. First time we’ve stayed here. Brought our family of five this time This property was fine. Could’ve used a little more upgrades in the kitchen area and maybe another small piece of sitting furniture in the living area. The beach accessories were very helpful. Everyone seemed to have a nice time.

Excellent location

So pleased we chose the penthouse unit. We admired more than one sunset from up there and were treated to a nice fireworks surprise one night as well. The only suggestion I have is the mattresses. We didn’t sleep so well on the beds, so had to make up that missed sleep time on the beach and by the pool. We would absolutely stay here again!!

Perfect for a family or group with an ideal location

We stayed with 3 adults & 3 kids (4.5, 2.5, 7 mo.) It's a perfect spot for a family. Our 2 older boys shared a room. The master suite has a huge bathroom attached where we easily put the pack and play so it was somewhat separate from us. Apartment was clean and as advertised - actually bigger than I anticipated. We didn't wind up using the roof, but I wish we had at night. It had a lovely view. Apartment was quiet, not a lot of nighttime noise. The dryer wasn't great so a drying rack would be very helpful to add to the apartment. Also one of the AC units could work better.Our kids couldn't get enough of the pools. There are 3 pools just downstairs that the balcony overlooks - one 2 ft kids pool, one zero-entry pool and one traditional step entry pool with little waterfalls. They had a blast going to each one. There is another zero-entry pool with waterfalls on the other side of the building, easy 3-5 minute walk. The apartment included beach chairs, noodles, floats, cooler- everything you need. Loved that guests didn't save chairs/umbrellas endlessly, great sharing!The beach is literally across the street. There palapas that usually get claimed btwn 6-7:30 am. It would be nice if the Oceania added more palapas in their stretch of the beach. The location here is perfect! You can walk to several restaurants (we loved the new spot Marea!). We rented a car, but would consider not renting one next year given how easy it was to walk and how routinely the bus passed by.

Beautiful condo on the beach!

We had five adults in our party, and Cindy’s condo was perfect for us? Is spacious, has everything you need, plus it has three balconies that overlook the pool area with gorgeous ocean views! It’s really quiet too. And you can’t beat the location! The beach is literally just across the street! Restaurants are walkable, some cute shops as well. We didn’t rent a car but really didn’t need to. Taxi’s are readily accessible for wherever you want to go. We played pickleball every day and met a wonderful couple (and great pickleball players!) from Maryland and had a blast playing with them! People at Oceania are very nice. It’s gated, but we felt very safe walking around the area. Both Cindy (the owner) and Judy (the property manager) were very responsive and helpful. We had a very minor need, and it wasn’t urgent, but Judy got right back to me and had it taken care of very quickly! Communication was outstanding between both of them. Would highly recommend Cindy as an owner and her condo to rent! We can’t wait to go back!

Great Place, Perfect Location

We will definitely stay here again! Right across from the beach, the pool was beautiful and not a lot of people. We didn’t use the roof top much but it provided a great view.

Great!

Loved that beach chairs were provided so they didn’t have to be rented every day. Kitchen well equipped. Beds a little firm but slept well. Great area. Condo very clean and well kept. The host was easy to reach and very responsive. I would definitely rent this condo again.

Needs lots of updates. The AC is freezing on one side of the unit but doesn’t cool on the other. Outdoor furniture is very uncomfortable. Lights in the hallway outside the unit weren’t on until the last day of our stay. Hot tub kept draining on its own so we couldn’t use it. Lights on the roof deck were all out with one of them flickering. Electric wires were loose in all lights.

Nice Property Unit needs some upgrades

This stay was nice. 3 bedroom 3 bathroom condo with upper deck. The deck was spacious and well equipped with furniture. The hot tub, however, would not heat any higher that 90 degrees Fahrenheit so we really did not use it. The pots and pans and the knives in kitchen could be updated.
