Convenient location, across from amazing Eagle Beach. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available to resorts guests. Property restaurants are excellent. Friendly and great concierge service. Decent casino. Great grocery store nearby. Studio unit smelled a bit musty but otherwise was clean and comfortable.

Not worth going during construction

Place was mid. Beach is phenomenal, except for the raw sewage smell. Resort would have received a 4/5 overall if the pool wasn’t under construction. Room very clean. Service staff responsive to all requests. Manager Christian was a great communicator.

Quick stay

The property had some pool construction. We found the rooms to be noisy at night. Also security at the beach really did not in force palpalas for guest only. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful.

It was ok....

For what we paid, I feel like it was mostly fair but the resort is undergoing a ton of construction so be ready to hear that all day outside your deck. Also, the view of the construction is pretty much your main view. The room was nice and clean and spent one day by the pool and did enjoy a massage. Probably wouldn't come back here but the casino is really not my vibe anyway. We also don't have kids but if you do this is likely a great place if you can deal with the mess at the resort, Very kid friendly.

La Cabana is a beautiful resort and all their employees are so friendly and helpful. The beach is wonderful. The check in process was the only downside. I wasn’t given the right reservation numbers so it took about an hour to sort things out. The owner did respond quickly with the information that was needed

Aruba Vacation

Booked on-lime with Vrbo. The trip was passed to a third party who was Resort Rental Pros. We were very cautious because they have many poor reviews. As it got closer to our trip I contacted the resort directly. They asked for a 6 letter code to confirm the condo’s. I contacted resort rental pros and was able to get the confirmation codes 3 days before we left. The codes were for multiple condo’s at the resort. I called back the resort and they were able to combine all 7 days into 1 room. Our friends spent one night in one condo and then the other 6 in another condo. I would recommend anyone that wants to stay at La Cabana to get international calling and call them directly to book. Everything did turn out good. La Cabana in Eagle Beach was an awesome place to vacation. Not a drop of rain and high of 85 every day! Awesome Staff, Pool and pool bar were very nice. Beach right across the street. Towels at the pool and chairs on the beach included with stay. Get down there early to secure your spot. Eagle Beach is absolutely beautiful! Grocery store is walking distance and run well. Overall was an awesome vacation with family and friends!

Nice property in convenient location

The rental company was misleading. We had to move to a different room after 2 days which is very inconvenient when you have fully unpacked and have an excursion planned for the day. The timeshare agency at the resort was helpful and got us settled.

Lied to by property manager.

The property was very nice other than ongoing construction we were not made aware of by property manager. We have stayed here before and love the resort but we were lied to by Christian through VRBO. We had to change rooms which was a pain after being reassured by him we wouldn't have to. This is was a major inconvenience having to pack everything up by 10am then not having a room ready till 4pm to move too. The staff was great even after a long wait at the check-in counter to redo all the paperwork. They were helpful in getting a room that we didn't have to go through this again like we were supposed to after a couple more days. Our first room was great with a nice beach view that we only got to stay in for a couple of the days then we were switched to a room in the back with a parking lot view for the remainder of the stay. We were also contacted at 2am the day before our trip and told we had to lie to the check-in counter about renting directly from the owner not from VRBO and threatened that if we didn't we would be turned away and not reimbursed for our stay. This was our first time using VRBO and will be our last.

Great stay!

We had a great stay at La Cabana and will be returning in a year with our kids. Hoping to stay here at La Cabana again! Great location. The pool is great with lots of kid friendly features. Right along the beach. Friendly staff. This was amazing!

Love this place!

La Cabana was a great place to stay! We had a great view of the beach and the pool. Everyone (staff and other guests) was sooo friendly. I hadn't been to Aruba in 30 years and this trip cemented my love for One Happy Island. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, convenient to activities. The food at the resort was tasty. It was a perfect trip. I can't wait to return!

This resort is one of the nicest on the island. Clean, workers are friendly, top notch amenities. Its my fourth time staying here and will be the only place i stay when i come to Aruba

Fantastic early retirement girls celebration

Great. Resort was so nice, clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was there. Room had a great view of the ocean, clean and comfortable. The pool was very nice, the beach and ocean were so great. Hours in the beautiful ocean!!!

Happy island - unhappy to move rooms

We booked a 7 nite stay and we’re disappointed to have gotten a 7 night confirmation…and a few days before the trip we received 2 confirmations - a 5 nite and a two night and ultimately had to move to another room . Yes , completely check out - including emptying the fridge-and having to check in later in the day. We also booked a one bedroom and got a studio?? Buyer beware. Blue green rentals is a great property- resort pros, booked us there- not so much.
