I give the resort a 3 star. Beautiful pool area and resort. The downside was ordering food at the pool area took a very long time to get the food, waited for 45 minutes. The other major downside is The resort shares the beach area with another resort. If you want a palapa with chairs on the beach you have to be at the beach by 4:30 a.m. to stand or sit on towel until 7:00 when the workers start putting the lounge chairs under the palapas. That’s ridiculous! No sleeping in if you want shade. The pool area if you want a table with an umbrella you better be sitting at one by 6:00 or you won’t get one. If you leave your towels/beach bag on chairs or table the security writes down the time that you leave, if your gone more than one hour they take your belongings and you have to go to the area in the resort to retrieve them. Also, sometimes they won’t allow the umbrellas to be open because they say it’s too windy. Much better places to stay. I really wouldn’t recommend this resort.
