The condo was perfect for our stay in Aruba. It was clean and spacious. Our host provided beach chairs for the beach and floaties for the pool. Check in was very simple, and instructions were sent in a timely manner before we arrived. The condo wasn't loud or crowded, and the staff was all very friendly and helpful. We were just a short walk from Eagle Beach and there was plenty of parking for our rental vehicle. The only problem we encountered was with the televisions. They were "smart" TV's, but no apps were installed and we weren't able to add any in order to use them. But, were so busy enjoying ourselves, that we didn't need TV. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends.

We had an amazing 9 days staying in eagle beach. A quick 3-5 minute walk to the beach. Close proximity and a central location to all attractions and stores. A 10/10 VRBO will happily come back anytime.

Convenient Choice

This second floor condo is located in a beautiful complex with a great common pool area. Short walk to Eagle Beach. A small mall is a short drive away with good options for Chinese, Italian, pizza, burgers, and wraps for take out. Condo is basic, lighting okay, with a nice small kitchen and large dining table. Bed is firm, shower and bath were fine. Only downside is the small outdoor patio overlooks a building instead of the pool or something scenic. Shame not to be able to sit outside with a nice view for breakfast or drinks in the evening. But there are tables in the common area around the pool to make up for it. There is a small spa located in the complex that offers a great massage!

Wonderful!

The room was perfect. We really appreciate having the AC units with different controls so we could just cool the bedroom while we slept and the rest of the condo other times. Our hosts were so responsive to any question on text and didn’t intrude otherwise. WiFi and smart TV let us easily watch a movie. Gorgeous beach a walk away. Pool on premise and the cocktail shack was great! Best vacation ever! Thank you! 😊

A Little Slice of Paradise!

We just returned from our first trip to Aruba (Oct. 19-26, 2024) and loved every moment, thanks in large part to this wonderful condo at the Pearl Condo Hotel Complex, owned by Danielle and Maurice. The location is amazing—Eagle Beach, with its powdery white sand and warm turquoise waters, is a quick 5-minute walk away. Having such a beautiful beach nearby was truly special, and it felt like stepping into a postcard every time we visited. The condo itself was perfect! It was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and had all the comforts of home. We loved the tasteful décor, spacious layout, and cozy bed that made it easy to relax after each day's adventures. The kitchen had everything we needed, which was great for preparing our own meals. Danielle and Maurice were fantastic hosts—responsive, kind, and thoughtful. They made sure our stay was seamless and enjoyable, which really enhanced our experience. And the weather? It was simply perfect: warm, sunny, and just what you'd want for a tropical escape. If you’re planning a trip to Aruba, this condo is a perfect choice. We’re already thinking about coming back. Highly recommended!

Second Time's The Charm...

This was my 2nd stay at the condo, I loved it so much I came back for a week with my college-aged daughter. The condo was exactly as I remembered. We took pilates classes each morning at IG: @bluespacearuba (studio conveniently located in the complex), Owner Gabby is a gem!! Enjoyed morning cold brews at Clover Coffee (2 min) walk, and spent most of our time across the way at Eagle Beach (it is a 6 min walk). We ventured out to the National Parks to see the caves on the other side of the island. 10-15m ride to High Rise and downtown (I'd avoid cruise ship days). All in all the perfect mother/daughter or couples getaway. Many thanks to our host, Danielle. Highly recommended. I will be back!

Loved everything, but…

This was my third trip to Aruba and second to The Pearl. I picked the Pearl based on previous experience and the wonderful bar that used to be open for late night drinks. It wasn’t this time! Not only did it close at 10, but the new management sucked! I’ve never met a more RUDE human being on such a “Happy Island!” Because I had stayed there before and loved the previous management, I was curious as to what happened and where he had moved on to. Well, I guess inquiring about another person, who was wonderful at making customers feel welcome, was the wrong approach! So, I just spent my money elsewhere! As I sat at the pool and looked into his empty bar, I now understand why it was so empty! So for that reason, I didn’t give it a 5 star review. This guy, I believe his name is Erwin, maybe,,, should not be in contact with tourists at all!

I would recommend staying here 100% however I would suggest more towels and beach towels or letting the ppl staying know to bring at least some. We had a great time otherwise!

First Visit

The Pearl is a very family friendly, quiet well-maintained property located in easy walking distance to the quiet end of beautiful Eagle Beach. Small, affordable, on-site bar and restaurant a real plus. Staff are terrific in all respects.

We had the best time in this place. The location was great!! Only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The place was exceptional and very clean. Just the perfect spot for our vacation on the beautiful island of Aruba! Will definitely stay here again. The whole complex was very nice and clean! Danielle was very quick to respond to all my questions also!! Can’t wait to come back!

Amazing Vacation

Had an amazing stay in this beautiful country and neighborhood. Great location close to everything, bodega, Pilates studio, restaurants and beaches. Some construction currently going on parts of street busy. Can’t hear anything from condo units so no interruptions to our vacation. Owner was generous and allowed us in unit before check in time. Definitely will be returning.

It’s Everything And More!!!

A huge thank you to our hosts Danielle and Maurice. Our check-in was seamless and contactless. 15m ride to and from airport. Centrally located to High Rise, Eagle Beach, Downtown, etc. Taxis are quick and reasonably priced. The condo is just perfect. We had all amenities, pool access, mini markets and Clover coffee within walking distance- Eagle Beach is a 5min walk. Clean-up and check out was easy breezy. Most of all, Aruba locals are divine… my new happy place. Highly recommend and will visit and stay again! Monique and Danny.

Great Location

Clean and well equipped condo with easy self check in and check out. Danielle was always prompt in responding to e mails too. The Condo is about a 7 minute walk to Eagles Beach and I also loved the convenience of the mini market nearby. The Zucchini restaurant is right across the street with a delicious menu but you had better make reservations. All in all we were both happy with The Pearl Condo. It was a safe place to stay with a swimming pool to cool off in and a nice little bar for a refreshing drinks and share stories with the other condo guests.

Beautiful condo and great location!

We just returned home from 1 week stay at this lovely condo. The condo was perfect for us and so well equipped. We loved the location and were able to walk to the amazing beaches, restaurants, and shopping within minutes. Danielle was so prompt on replies to any questions we had and very accommodating to allow us to check in early and check out later due to our travel connections. Would return in a heartbeat!

Perfect locations and amenities

We loved Eagle beach! Condo pool and hot tub a plus! We did not rent a car and we were able to get around walking and on bus. Took a cab from airport. I heard you can arrange bus ahead of time but we did not. Everything was so clean and no issues with internet. We did not watch the TV. We hope to come back.
