Prestige was very welcoming and helpful. The unit was a great size with plenty of room for 7 adults and a baby. The property is very nice with great pools, gym, racquet courts and across the street from the beach. The plumbing is a little off but everything else made up for it! Priya was lovely.

We are a family of 5: 2 adults and 3 kids (21, 18, 15). This was our first time to Aruba, and we loved it! The property is immediately off of Eagle Beach, which lived up to its reputation as one of the best beaches in the world. The water was calm and easy to swim or just float in. The location is also very convenient- you can walk just outside the property and rent an electric scooter or bike and go anywhere. The pools were lovely and not too crowded. Lots of umbrellas and chairs. The property itself: very clean and bedrooms and sitting area were nice. Great table for playing board games and eating together. Aischel was very helpful in getting us set up and showing us around. She also arranged catamaran snorkel cruises for us. Checkout was very smooth. My only recommendations would be a larger supply of towels and beach towels so you don’t have to do laundry every day. Overall, highly recommmed!

Paradise in Aruba

Beautiful space. Accommodated 2 families perfectly. Close access to gorgeous Eagle Beach. They also have a great pool. The entire building is situated close to downtown and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Location

We booked the 5 bedroom ground level condo because we had 5 couples. All the bedrooms were great, they all have their own bathroom and were very comfortable. There were a couple odd issues however. First the beds were very squeaky, oddly in a high end condo, It would seem like an easy thing to fix but it was an issue in all the bedrooms. Secondly in the master bedroom there were 2 mirrors that were propped against a wall (not hung up) but they were not tall enough to be useful at floor height. The living area was nice, beautiful area to gather as a group. The kitchen was disappointing as it was not adequately stocked with normal items you would expect for example, they only had serving spoons and no teaspoons. The coffee pot was perhaps the biggest disappointment. Not only was it very basic, which would normally be fine, but it was constantly not brewing effectively and to make matters worse the filters that are provided were to small so the coffee always had grounds in the coffee. Overall the place was wonderful, we were steps to the pool or the beach. With the high end feel of the condo the odd issues seem easily remedied.

Relaxing family trip

PERFECT!!

Absolutely stunning interior, location and cleanliness! Communication, check-in/out was 10 stars better than any other stay. Aischal met us at the place, walked through everything we needed to know and then provided unlimited concierge service if needed by phone/email. It’s right across the street from the best spot on Eagle Beach. They provided beach towels, chairs - everything we needed. Can’t recommend Prestige, Aischal and the location highly enough!

Amazing Experience!

We couldn't have been happier with this rental! The accommodations were perfect for our three families...super spacious and plenty of room to spread out. We loved the private patio with Jacuzzi and the proximity to Eagle Beach was amazing! Highly recommend.

Great location/unit

The unit is conveniently located on the first floor with walk-out right to the pools and beach right across the road. It’s well stocked with all the essentials including beach towels and chairs. The pool area and beach were never crowded. There is plenty of room in the unit with the 5 bedrooms and great common area inside and outside. It’s clean and well maintained. Located near the super market and walking distance to some great restaurants. If there was one negative, it’s that the basement area of the house had no internet signal. I would highly recommend this unit.

We had been to Aruba before, but always in a resort hotel. I changed it up this time, and I'm so glad we did! This was the perfect location. And, this property was so beautiful! We had so much room, and steps away from the beach. I only regret that we didn't stay longer. We will be back!

Not enough time to review how great it was!

I would need a lot of space to tell you everything that Prestige Realty Aruba did for us. I will try to put it in a nut shell. First I would definitely come back. The staff are amazing. They helped with everything. We came in late on Christmas night, I couldn’t make reservations anywhere for 10 people. They got us reservations at a beautiful restaurant. The helped with the rental cars before we got there. Aischal was our concierge and I can not say enough wonderful things about her. She was there for us whatever we needed and continued to say let me know if you need anything. One of my granddaughters tested positive for Covid so her mother and I stayed with her for the quarantine. They made all the arrangements for us to move to a smaller unit within the same complex. Because of it being Sunday and a holiday we weren’t able to get food pick up or delivery so she was kind enough to pick up our order within 2 hours of asking her. She even went to 2 stores because one store didn’t have everything we needed. The customer service has been incredible. I am sure I am forgetting something but I think you get the idea.

Absolutely amazing

This is the perfect place to stay on Aruba. In front of the best beach, a spacious and gorgeously appointed condo...it was quite simply the perfect week. Management company was very helpful with check-in and a few minor questions during the stay, and even kept our bags on our last day in another condo where we could freshen up before our flight. I very much hope to be back here again!

AMAZING views and great location

We stayed at this condo with a group of 12. The staff was great to work with and they were very kind. We did have some trouble getting in touch with the Manager on Duty one day, but otherwise the unit is beautiful and well kept. The beach across the street was very clean and we walked to breakfast several times. It was also very easy to get a cab when needed. Prestige staff was great to work with and would stay there again.

The location was great. Main floor was nice. Would not stay in the same unit due to the downstairs.

The property and pools were great. The beach was right across the street with easy access. The only day the beach got really crowded, which wasn’t bad, was Thursday when two cruise ships were at port.

Amazing Condo in a Beautiful Location!

We loved staying at this condo for the week! The first floor location with our own yard space was perfect for our group of 7 adults and 4 kids under age 4. The pools were steps away and the beautiful beach and ocean, just a few more steps from there across the street. The condo was clean, well equipped with beach towels, chairs and some beach toys, and the Prestige group was available for anything else we may have needed. They went above and beyond accommodating our first day grocery list which was a huge help so we didn't have to waste precious vacation time grocery shopping. We would love to rent this condo again and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a spacious, modern condo in a perfect location in Aruba.

Gorgeous, incredible, extraordinary!!!!!

Our family shared a week together in beautiful Aruba. Our stay in the Grand Regency Five-bedroom condo was beyond our wildest dreams! We were a few steps from the gorgeous Eagle Beach, swimming in the cool tourquoise waters, and also floating in the incredible resort pools. We cannot wait to visit Aruba again and again!

Had a great time and the unit was beautiful.

The unit was beautiful and well maintained. The ground floor unit bordered the beach road and could be a little noisy at times. The close proximity to the pool and beach were certainly a huge benefit to the unit.
