Our family had a wonderful stay at this LeVent condominium. The apartment had everything we needed, was clean and beautiful, and it was helpful to have beach chairs in the storage area that we could use. Since we were traveling with our 18 month old granddaughter the concierge was great in arranging delivery of a highchair and crib for her during our stay. Our adult children made use of the gym in the building, and we all loved the great pool area in addition to being able to walk to the beach. All in all, we'd love to come back to beautiful Aruba and to this lovely condo!

Very nice condo in a quiet community. Location/ proximity to the pool was great and we really appreciated the friendliness of the other guests at the complex- a much different feel than the busy high rise hotels!It was well appointed, although needs more lamps in the family room area. Beds were very firm. However, The pillows were not comfortable at all. Hot and cold waters are switched, but we got used to it quickly. It was wonderful to have beach towels and chairs and floaties available.We also liked that beach towels and bathroom towels were refreshed daily.We appreciated the location so close to the beach and the ease of walking to many bars and restaurants. Staff was very helpful through check in, calling taxis, making dinner reservations for us, touring condo etc.

Magical escape to Aruba

Our family of 5 treasured every moment at our LeVent condo right near Eagle Beach. We waffled between a resort and LeVent and are so grateful we opted for a smaller more intimate home to call our own while exploring Aruba. The condo had ample space for our 3 teen boys to spread out. We enjoyed cooking meals and relaxing. The common outdoor areas were great for grilling and eating outside. Our short walk to Eagle Beach made everything just perfect. With a rental car we explored the island, enjoyed popping out to Super Food to buy local and Dutch brands. We really couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you for opening your home to us.

Can't Wait to Go Back!

Beautiful apartment, comfy beds, nice view, quiet, great location. Just walk across the street and you're on Eagle Beach. We loved the pool & amenities as well. Service was amazing. Melanie is warm & friendly, took excellent care of us and felt like part of the family. She responded quickly when we had a couple of very minor issues & was very helpful all around. We took advantage of their grocery shopping service & Melanie made sure all the choices were what we wanted. (I would, however, suggest having salt & pepper, extra paper towels & napkins be standard provisions.) Without hesitation, we would stay here again.

Post wedding vacation

My husband and I with 2 other couples came to Aruba after my son’s wedding in NY. The condo is in a great location! Very clean and well furnished. We were all very comfortable and made multiple meals together. The beach is a short walk across the street with many bars and restaurants within walking distance. The owner very quick to respond to my emails and concerns. The washing machine was broken during our stay but they arranged for the maid staff to pick up the laundry which they washed and folded without additional charges. An excellent stay at Eagle Beach - highly recommend!

Perfect Aruba Getaway

Our party of 6 had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, well appointed condo! Condo was very clean and spacious, furnished just as shown in pictures. Well equipped kitchen (including blender for those mixed drinks), beds were very comfortable. Perfectly located just across street from Eagle Beach, several restaurants within walking distance, large grocery store 3 min drive away. Property grounds were beautiful and well maintained. Pool/hot tub were great. We also took advantage of the large covered outdoor kitchen area by the pool. It had a couple of well maintained gas grills with grill utensils, cooler fridge, sink, ice machine, and plenty of tables/seating. Concierge staff were on property and were very friendly and helpful. We are already talking about a return trip next year, hoping this unit will be available.

Annual winter getaway

One Happy Family!

We loved staying at Levent! Our condo was spacious and well stocked with dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid, three rolls of t paper in each bathroom, and even some laundry detergent. The pool is very nice and the palms everywhere give it a great ambiance. We LOVED the music on by the pool. Not too loud, but enough to give you happy vacation vibes. We wished it was on every day. The beach is a very short walk, and it is gorgeous with turquoise water. Grocery store is less than 5 min drive and you can order online for pick up. Wifi in the rooms and the separate wifi at the pool was good. Love the USB jacks at the pool. Also, Eagle beach has free wifi if you check out the signs. We did not realize this until the last day. There were only two things we would have changed if we could. One would be would be to install locks on the bedroom & bathroom doors. If you have kids or teens who barge in unannounced it can be very inhibiting to not have the option of locking the door. 😉 The other thing would be to give a fob (for the gate to the beach) and a room key to each guest. We only had two fobs and four room keys for 5 adults and a 17 yr old. That was very inconvenient. Overall we loved our stay and loved the condo! Wonderful place!!!

Nice stay with a few bumps.

This condo is not on the beach. It's across the street and a short walk up a paved road but it is centrally located on the island and the walk takes 5 minutes at most. The place is large and spacious and clean. The bedrooms are large and each one has it own private bathroom, plus a forth bathroom we never even used but what luxury to have in any condo. I would have rated it higher if it weren't for the following problems. The internet did not work most of our stay and that caused us a lot of problems as I had to work while I was there and my son is studying on line. We couldn't get key programs to download due to the size of the file. It worked most of the time for basic emails. Anything more was difficult to accomplish. The other problem was the dishwasher did not work during our entire stay. Nor was it fixed even after multiple complaints. While they were very responsive to our emails, they didn't send anyone to fix it and we had to do all our dishes by hand. When I am on vacation that is the last thing I want to do so double check that it's been fixed - unless you don't mind washing them by hand. I'm sure some people don't. The owner did offer us a small discount which was appreciated given the problems we had and time we spent trying to locate a place we could use the internet, plus time doing dishes, It wasn't enough to make up for the issues we had, but what the right amount is depends on the person. Also, it would have been nice to have a few more up to date amenities especially in the kitchen.

Excellent location in the middle of the action

Condo was large enough for 6 people, clean, great location. Easy to walk to Eagle Beach. Pool area at condo was nice for the days you don’t want to get sandy.

Awesome Vacation

Awesome condo located a very short walk from eagle beach. The rooms and unit were clean and well stocked we had a great vacation! The concierge service at this condo was a great help to get towels and able to rent a high chair and crib as well. Perhaps some of the appliances including the dehumidifier could use some maintenance otherwise great experience!

Great location

This condo was large and clean for my family of five adults. Everyone had their own bathroom and space. Checkin was very easy and the Premier folks were attentive and very helpful. Absolutely no complaints. It’s right across from Eagle Beach so location couldn’t have been any better. Local restaurants were amazing, but pricey. We figured out on our last couple of days that we could head into the high rise area for a cheap taxi ride and take advantage of some of the shops and restaurants there as well. We had a fantastic time.

Comfortable in a Great Location!

This is a great property in a great location. We had no issues with this stay and no recommendations for improvement. Having 3 bedrooms with ensuites bathrooms was wonderful for a large family. The condo was very comfortable and had all of the kitchen equipment, household appliances/items, and supplies anyone would need for a vacation in Aruba. The pool area was very nice and relaxing after time on the beach or snorkeling. The property management team was polite, professional, helpful, and attentive. The location on central Eagle Beach was wonderful with multiple nice restaurants within walking distance and plenty more restaurants, grocery store, shopping, and other activities within short driving distances. We hope to return to Serenity on the Beach again in the future.

Comfortable with quick access to everything

The beach is right there. The best grocery store is a 3 minute drive away, and in the middle of everything else. The condo is spacious, comfortable, and has all the amenities to make the stay very enjoyable. Access to daily clean beach towels and beach chairs is very nice. The check in process was a little clunkier than other stays I've been on, but everyone was very pleasant and it really only took about 10 minutes, so not really a big deal at all. 100% would stay here again

Great week in Aruba

We enjoyed our stay in Aruba. This condo was pretty much what we expected from the pictures. I rented it because it had 3 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. This was perfect, as I brought a good friend with me, as well as my Florda next-door-neighbors who watch my house there, the half of the year when I am at my primary residence. It was a nice condo, but not really what I would consider "luxury," as described in VRBO. It was a strange week, as flights into Aruba were stopped mid-week, due to the coronavirus scare. We flew home on Saturday, March 21st, and the people thinned out more and more throughout the week, looking like a ghost town on Friday. Saturday were the last flights out. We played hard the first half of the week, then had to improvise the last half, as most places were closed. Aruba didn't have a virus problem, but was proactive when a couple people arriving were found to be positive for the virus at the airport. I applaud Aruba's leadership for protecting the Aruban people. My only complaint would be the housekeeping. After showering, the bottoms of our feet would be black after walking around barefoot for a while. There was also some type of food smeared on the coffee table, and some of the dishes and silverware had food stuck on them. This condo is not real close to the high rise zone, but we rented a car so we could eat at restaurants there, as well as going on sight-seeing tours around the island. After most places closed mid week, we found a little hole-in-the-wall called Salt and Pepper, on the south end of the high rise district. It's not fancy, but the food was good and the staff was great. We ate there the latter half of the week. Overall, we had a great week, and the 3 people I treated to this vacation, all loved it and want to return.
