Comfortable bed, couldn’t hear any outside noises, awesome location, staff were great. Would definitely stay again.

Conveniently located in the city centre area, this motel has friendly and helpful staff, and the meals available in the bar are excellent. It's not far to walk to other dining options and to many attractions and historical buildings in the city.

Not sophisticated, but clean, convenient, very quiet! Staff at desk were nice and smiling!! Many nice restaurants around (Orange) is a small size city with much to offer - if you have the opportunity, try the Union Bank restaurant! so nice.

Very nice inside. Comfortable. Nice bed. Good personal products. The only thing I would suggest is a grab rail to get in and out of the shower/bath. There was a substantial “ step down” in my room in this situation, and as a short person, this would have been very reassuring. Otherwise I would highly recommend this accommodation

Very dangerous shower in the bath unsafe and extremely hard to get in but very dangerous to get out of, causing my sister to fall and hurt herself she was the youngest in a group of 3 women… I was very unsure of if I should try and get in for a shower or not… The sofa lounge bed was very uncomfortable also .

Did you inform anyone of the issue as we may have been able to accommodate you elsewhere? The description does state that there is a shower over the bath, if you want a walk in shower we have other options available. The lounge is a commercial lounge and we have not had that complaint previously perhaps you would prefer an extra room next time.

Great location
A perfect location when visiting Orange. The room was clean and comfortable with a great bathroom (looks recently renovated). The motel is located within easy walking distance of the centre, so no need for the car unless you are exploring further afield. We enjoyed our stat and would recommend this motel for anyone looking for a well-located motel in Orange.
