Hi Anthony, As the owner and onsite manager i am disappointed you did not try to contact me to rectify this during your stay with us? I work extremely hard to ensure everyone has a great experience and more importantly an even greater sleep during your stay, after all we are in the business of sleep. I would like to investigate this 'cracking' noise further as I am not familiar with this noise.
