Rude people in the front desk, specially a young fatty woman, they charger my two rooms with parking fee even though we only asked for one spot since we had only one car, noisy as it is crossing street a hospital. One of the worst showers ever. Not going to stay here again.

Me gustó la ubicación, cerca de Disney y al lado de los outlets de orange, camas confortables. Considero que deben ofrecer el servicio de wifi y estacionamiento sin costo adicional.

No me gustó que cobren el estacionamiento, ya que me he hospedado cerca de Disney y en ningún hotel cobran el estacionamiento, tampoco me gustó que cobren la L acceso a wifi eso está pésimo

Hola, estuve hospedada en este hotel junto con mis amigas, uno de los días nos fuimos temprano a Disney al regresar nos dimos cuenta que alguien había entrado a la habitación y había robado bastante cosas de compras que habíamos hecho un día antes, el hotel tenía las cámaras del lobby en reparacion, no hay cámaras en elevadores ni pasillos, como es posible que un buen hotel tenga esa clase de seguridad, donde cualquier persona puede entrar y robar tus pertenencias o inclusive hacerte daño, han pasado 3 semanas y el hotel no resuelve esto, piensen mas de 2 veces si vale la pena arriesgar tu seguridad al quedarte en este hotel

ME CAUSÓ INCONFORMIDAD TOTAL, RESERVÉ HABITACIÓN PREMIUM Y SUCEDE QUE NO TENÍA REFRIGERADOR, QUERÍAN COBRAR 10 DOLARES POR DIA POR PONER REFRIGERADOR, SUPUESTAMENTE PORQUE LA HABITACIÓN ESTABA EN EL PISO 20 YA REMODELADO, Y HABITACIONES CON MENOS COSTO EN PISOS MAS ABAJO SÍ TENÍAN REFRIGERADOR. ADEMÁS NO SALÍA AGUA FRIA EN EL LAVABO, EN LAS 2 LLAVES SAÍA AGUA CALIENTE.

Es la segunda vez que me hospedo porque es muy limpio, tranquilo y cómodo. El personal es muy amable!! Lo único es que hay que pagar por el estacionamiento, en mi opinión debería ser una cortesía.
