Excellent stay! Had everything you could need. Only thing I wish the house had was a shower shelf upstairs and a few beach chairs. The pool and hot tub were amazing, beds were comfy, and communication was phenomenal! Thank you so very much for an amazing stay. Location is close to anywhere you want! Quiet neighborhood. Loved it!

Everything was clean and comfortable. The alarm to outside and no parking on the street might be the biggest downsides. Not sure why there has to be an alarm to go outside everytime. And no street parking even though there is so much of it and no one there to use it.

Our extended family of 13 stayed here for 9 days. There was plenty of room for each couple (3) to have their own king bedroom and en-suite as well as an additional full bathroom for the others to use when an en-suite wasn’t available/the older adults were asleep. The pool was perfect for us, with the hot tub above so we could sit and easily view the kids below if we didn’t want to swim at the moment. The temps were great, so nice to not have to worry about contacting someone when we needed it heated (so many other rentals have that as a requirement…although communication with this property was so easy it probably wouldn’t have been a big deal!) the game room/garage was a nice option for fun as well. Plenty of room for both ping pong players and shooting pool. We didn’t use any of the provided strollers but there were a number of nice looking options. Maintenance actually contacted us before we needed them, that’s how good the communication is! Very few issues, all resolved quickly…these are managers who care about their property. Pool guy was at least twice during our stay, hardly noticeable, just happened to be times I was looking out back, in turn, the pool was very clean. Plenty of outdoor and indoor seating. Peaceful, modern decor. Well stocked kitchen. Yes, the city ordinance about quiet hours is annoying, especially after a long day at Disneyland to not be able to soak in hot tub, but it’s understandable. All in, a wonderful stay!

Celebration trip

Great location! Lots of accessibilities to restaurants and shopping. Everyone loved how close and easy it was to the Disney's parks. Having lived in Southern California 30 years ago, I would recommend staying in Orange.

Nice Family Vacation Home

This home was nice to stay in for families going to Disneyland . Although some of the furniture/appliances was a little older and bathrooms had hard water stains around handles, etc. that is to be expected for any older home but regardless the home is beautiful and well maintained and most importantly clean. The beds were comfortable to stay in and the space was perfect for my family. We also enjoyed the pool and spending time together in the backyard. I would say some of the check in process was a little concerning at first with having to show proof of my payment taken out by showing both my card and account in which the payment was taken out of which I am not used too but I do understand why this is needed in this day and age. Also the rules do feel very strict so we found ourselves constantly worried about making sure we followed each rule especially with not going out at night even if we needed to go to the car to grab something and were extra cautious and used our own towels and pool towels to avoid any concerns there. If going to Disney, I would stay again with my family as the pros outweighed the very little items I would look at optimizing.

We planned a Disney vacation & this home was perfect for our family! Plenty of room, very clean and well taken care of in a great neighborhood that was walking distance to Disney! Having a hot tub to come home & soak your tired feet was just a bonus! Owner was very helpful & responsive!

"Spacious Family Retreat in a Prime Location"

A perfect stay for a large family featured a spacious, well-equipped home located close to the freeway and a variety of restaurants, making it convenient for outings and meals. The house had multiple bedrooms and bathrooms to comfortably accommodate everyone, a full kitchen for home-cooked meals, and plenty of common areas to gather. Its prime location made it easy to explore the area while still having a quiet, comfortable space to return to—ideal for both relaxation and convenience.

Safe Neighborhood! Great Location! Loved the Pool!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. We came for a baseball tournament that was held in Irvine. The house is spacious and fit our big group perfectly! We loved the game room! The weather was cooler than normal but the pool and spa saved us! The location is great! Close to many beaches and so many restaurants an shopping within 10 min. It was tricky at first to get use to the safety alarms on the doors but by the end of the trip we were pros. We also had a visitor (an opossum) come by a few times. Overall, our stay was great!! We would defiantly stay here again!

A Return to Villa Park

Wonderful location near where my wife grew up in Villa Park. Easy access to Highway 55 and many amenities. Enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi along with being able to get easy access to Disney and the beach.

Great Home!

The home is perfect for family disney trips. One of the master bedrooms ran out of hot water quickly but likely due to the amount of people showering at the same time.Overall, it was a great home. If you pay a refundable deposit , be prepared for a 15 business day Hold to get it back.

Great house!

We loved our stay at this house! It was perfect for our family (me, my husband, three adult children and spouses and one infant grandson). The house has plenty of space and seating for everyone, a well supplied kitchen, and of course the pool and hot tub. Management came by a couple times (not requested by us) and fixed one of the tv’s and then replaced the grill with a brand new one. It’s clear that they try hard to keep things up and in good working order We didn’t have any issues at all. They also were great at communicating (they gave us 24 hour notice that they would be stopping by to fix something) and responded pretty quickly to a couple of questions that we had. I would definitely stay here again!

Family visit

House was very large and fit our groups needs.we enjoyed our stay very much with everyone having there own bathrooms and kids sharing. Pool area and backyard were beautiful. Several issues should be addressed 1 sliding door to pool is EXTREMELY difficult to open 2 floors left your feet black 3 lights in master bedroom/bathroom 1. were crazy not staying on motion sensor didn't function correctly 4 Dining room chairs need to be padded or replaced. Very uncomfortable. 5 water pressure in some bathrooms were weak

Lots of space and things to do

The house advertised multiple sleeping areas with the capacity for a large number of people and it did not disappoint! Many times places “say” they sleep many, but not comfortably. This one did! The jacuzzi was a little tough to know when we had effectively turned it on and off but that’s really my only downside. We thought the property was stellar!
