We had a great time in Orange County. This house was in a nice neighborhood and close to Disneyland and my daughter‘s gymnastics meet. It was a sweet, charming home, with lots of character.

Quiet Oasis

Loved everything about it. The house is super clean, super inviting. Located in a quiet neighborhood but still close enough to anything you could want or need. The backyard is perfect for an early morning cup of coffee and zen! You can tell the family that owns the home loves it and honors it. We will certainly be back again!

Needs Updates

House and neighborhood were fine. It's just an old house and it felt like an old house. Lots of old house sounds. Carpet needs to be changed, dryer didn't work, just felt a little dingy. If it had some updates, it would be a great spot.

Cold with no heat

While we thought the property was very nice and loved the location, unfortunately the heat would not work and they did not get it fixed while we were there. If you do plan on staying there, comfirm they fixed the heater. If we had small children, we would have checked out early.

Disney Vacation

Overall I would give this place 3.5 stars out of 5. The listing was misleading when it said 3 baths. I was under the impression that the third bathroom included a shower but it was just a tub. And it wasn’t jetted, just a normal tub. The place was pretty clean, but the air was very stuffy and stagnant. The smell wasn’t pleasant in the house. We did notice a lot of spiders in the house and a few dead cockroaches. We also felt a little unsafe with the partial glass front door. It didn’t have a curtain, so anyone could look inside the house and it only had 1 lock (deadbolt).

Our Annual Disney Trip

This trip there was 5 of us. Ages 22-50. We scheduled our trip out months in advance and the communication and check in process was very smooth. The neighborhood is gorgeous, and is centrally located near shopping, entertainment and restaurants. Approximately 15 minutes from Disneyland. The home was beautiful, very clean, and super comfortable. Beds are excellent and much needed after walking all day. I would definitely stay here again for future socal trips.

Orange Slice of Heaven

For the first time in my life, I stayed in a house I actually wished I owned. The wooden floor is incredible. So is the back yard, which I didn't really appreciate until the final few days of our stay. So many different trees, birds. Sanctuary. I really enjoyed everything about the house, but that back yard is what I miss most. So much peace. I got lots of video editing (basketball games) done there on the laptop. I would've been just as happy taking a nap back there. This house is 100 out of 10!

Great stay.. No shower in 3rd bathroom.

Beautiful and clean house conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. Only suggestion is to make sure your description clarifies that the one bathroom has a tub, but no shower. That impacted one of our party's ability to take a shower due to a physical disability.

It was difficult to contact Vasca prior to arriving for property details but the property was very clean and comfortable. Access was easy & location was near everything we needed. Showers are very very narrow but rooms are spacious and comfortable.

California vacation

The location of the property was very good for the activities that we wanted to do. I was somewhat disappointed after speaking with the property managers who assured me that all three bathrooms had a shower. That is the reason I broke the property. When we arrived the second bathroom only had a tub. I would not have booked it if I'd known this and as I said the property managers on multiple conversations assured me there were three showers. There was also supposed to be a jetted tub. Again this was not correct. The dryer takes a long time to dry clothes. Finally the carpeting is rather old and has multiple spots throughout the house

Chapman graduation stay

This home was perfectly located for all of Chapman’s graduation festivities. We enjoyed our daily walks down the Circle and through the charming neighborhoods. The home was spotless with ample space to unwind after a busy day. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Excellent property for family get together

The property is fantastic. We loved the space inside. There was enough room for 6 of us (2 adult couples, including older grandparents with movement challenges, and 2 smallish children). We were able to work in separate rooms during the day, and had a really comfortable place to unwind in the evening. The back yard was a wonderful addition. They have fruit trees (figs and oranges), and you can tell that a lot of love was put into it. There's a story on the mantle about grandma Ruth. It was her home for 50 years, and I could tell the place meant something to those she left it for. I will definitely be back!

Chapman Family Visit

We had a very pleasant stay at this charming and cozy home. The location is excellent and very close to freeway access. The back yard was very inviting. While we did not use the grill, it was ready with gas for a nice evening of grilling. All the appliances worked great and there were plenty of dishes and utensils to make nice meals. Communication with the host was fluid and clear. We will stay here again as soon as we have to visit our daughter at Chapman. Cheers, The Riedels

Overall good

We had an issue with the plugs not working in 75% of the house. And shower not draining. Taken care of by the next day. I should have looked into the house and asked more questions. The middle bathroom only has a tub-no shower. It is an older house that has been remodeled. And none of the rooms have TVs-FYI. Very close to Disney and restaurants. Overall good stay.

Long weekend at Disneyland

Our family of 6 including, 4 kids ranging from age 9-17, found this property to be perfect for our needs. Plenty of room to spread out and close to Disneyland and other places if you choose. The house is in a nice, fairly quiet neighborhood and is well kept. We didn’t have any direct contact with property management but they provided contact information to make doing so easy if we so chose. The only minor concern was some of the electrical outlets in the bedrooms didn’t work which caused some minor concern for charging all electronic devices but we were able to make due without having to contact anyone to resolve during our stay. I’m sure it was something simple like a tripped breaker but otherwise everything was great.

Cute place, great spot

The house was perfect for our little family and my parents to stay to attending a family wedding and Disneyland. However, check-in was a little bit of a hassle. After a long drive down, all we wanted to do was settle in and relax but couldn't right away. The code that was given to us worked, but the key pad itself was running low on battery and wasn't allowing us to turn the deadbolt. I'd suggest they leave their patio door on, as we had to use our phone flashlights to even see the pad. After a call to customer service, they informed us of where to find a key to manually enter in and the next morning a tech came and replaced the battery. The house itself was spacious and just enough for us (4 adults and 2 young kids). Location of the house was also convenient enough to drive to target for some essentials and also nearby restaurants for food. Disneyland was about a 15-20 drive away, too. My one complaint is, we took the trash out the night before for pick up and the next day someone else had already fully filled i up! Not sure if neighbors are using it or if cleaners from the other houses were using it, but I just didn't want to take any blame of it since it was none of ours, so I did contact customer service about it. I would return if we ever need to rent something down here again.

We selected this home as we were here to bury my wife’s mom. Stressful event to say the least. Yet we Loved your home. Two MAJOR ISSUES: Sadly, drain in bathroom shower next to kitchen had months of hair clogging drain. Disgusting. PLUS grill did not work. As a result half of our stay we were unable to grill until grill had to be replaced with a new grill. You should recompense us for unacceptable over promise and undeliverable. As advertised and paid for clean home and working gill. You did not meet our agreement which we paid for. Both issues were resolved 1/2 way through our stay. Other than those two flaws. Your home was lovely, great neighborhood, excellent location and home well laid out. Regardless of the two issues guest shower and inoperable grill. We would stay in your home again. I would love a day or two refund for the two major issues noted above. Please let me know what else you need from us. Stay safe abd healthy. All the best.
