"The cabin was perfect for an overnight stay. It was so secluded and the woods were beautiful. We were able to walk to the winery/brewery down the road and spent a lovely night by the fire. We were comfortable sleeping in the cabin with the windows open. The farm was very cool although the llama (alpaca?) didn't seem to like me :) The owner was amazing and went above and beyond when we left something behind. Would definitely recommend as a unique overnight stay. "

"Absolutely fabulous home! Stayed two nights with 8 friends for a ladies weekend and had a wonderful experience. The house is situated beautifully, well equipped with everything you could need in the kitchen, and had extremely comfortable beds. We loved being so close to the Old Rag trailhead, and also got to enjoy the local area as well. Elena (host) was extremely responsive and accommodating. Would highly recommend. "

"The property was exactly as described and beautiful. The host Rochelle was great, very responsive and helpful. She even ordered us a height chair and had it delivered to the house before we got there. The property was beautiful, everything was clean. The beds were super comfortable. I loved that coffee was provided, we were greeted with snacks, a bottle of wine and a lovely personal thank you card! We will be back!"

"Great location for historic sites or Shenandoah national park. Host is very responsive, great spot with plenty to keep you busy when you've finished for the day. Great set of games, pool, ping pong, puzzles, arcade games, snacks, coffee. Enjoyed the stay and will be back if we're in the area."

"The house was very clean and functional with good, useful spaces. Waterfront was okay, though the bottom near the shore was mucky - wear swim shoes (which you should in any lake). Could use water stairs. Community was nice as were all the people we encountered. The clubhouse restaurant was very nice. The golf course bar was pleasant. Very near supermarket and Walmart. Overall, a very pleasant stay."

"This was a great location for our first time to Lake Anna. There were many restaurants to choose from close by, and we chartered a boat cruise (Sunshine Swan) at the nearby marina. The hot tub was wonderful. There were 3 adults, and we all had our own room and bathroom. Super quiet neighborhood, and the hosts were great communicators. Would stay there again. "

"Great, quiet location. Cabin was very unique with history. We had a nice stay, toured the property with a guide. We enjoyed a great dinner at Itavie and a wonderful breakfast at the Biscuit Batch, both in Spotsylvania"

"Our stay was peaceful the setting was rustic and whimsical and our room was very clean. Staff was ready to help when we need to evict a wasp nest close to our doorway as my husband is extremely allergic. We would definitely stay again!"

"Everything was perfect for a place to rest and relax after being in Charlottesville. The space was super clean, beautifully decorated and smelled great, the bed was very comfortable. "The host was friendly and very polite and responsive "

"Amazing views, secluded, quiet, clean, spacious, and great communication from the rental company. We had 6 adults, one teenager, and two 10 year olds in the space for 6 days and we all felt comfortable. We had a problem with the water pressure but I put in a call and the repairman came out the next day and was more than helpful. He replaced a filter and turned up the pressure and it seemed to help. The only suggestion would be to have more kitchen towels, dish cloths, trash bags, and bathroom...
