Beautiful condo and amazing balcony!

This property was perfect for our family vacation and had enough space for everyone (4 adults and 2 teenagers)! The location and views from the HUGE balcony were just icing on the cake! The balcony and ocean views can be accessed by each of the 3 bedrooms! Check in and out was a breeze! This property was voted the best place we’ve stayed in by all of the family and definitely a place we will rent again!

Great view! Close to everything.

Excellent condo! The whole family was comfortable, and had easy access to everything. Large balcony, plenty of seating for all. Check in/out was simple. No problems with anything. Will definitely return to this one again!

Needed cleaning and/or updates

The view was excellent. However the rest was not great. The interior of the property needed a top to bottom, really good cleaning. Or it needed updating. Everything just looked tired, including the very old furniture in the living room. It looked dirty and quite worn and really was just not comfortable at all to sit on. Honestly I felt like it needed to be disinfected before sitting on it. For the price we paid, I would not stay there again with the condition it was in.

Overall Nice Property

My family and I stayed for a week at this location. The location itself was nice and relatively close to restaurants and shopping. The condo did match the photos, however there was concrete repair to the outside deck that was not in the photos. This unit was not the only one but particularly to this side of the building likely from weather. The bedrooms were as pictured, mattresses were comfortable, and the bathrooms were also as pictured. The unit was nice and had everything needed, but we gave an overall 4 star rating because the unit needs a good deep cleaning. We would stay here again.

A Blessing!

Need a shot getaway to the beach? This place is a blessing! Excellent views of the gulf, sunrise & sunset. Hosts were very accommodating and gracious. Simple rental process. I can't say enough about this place. We will definitely be back soon. Thank you this wonderful blessing.

Great condo and location!

Condo was clean, perfect layout for us and our children and grandkids! Balcony was awesome and we enjoyed it immensely! 14th floor is higher than we normally rent but was fine. Everything was in order and to our liking. Parking registration was a hassle but not that big a deal!

Huge balcony

Very nice place to stay with a huge balcony. The only thing I didn't like was the paying for parking and the way you had to pay. All of the condos I have stayed at over the last 30 years has always given you one parking pass for free and then charge for more if needed. They would also leave the pass in your room. This place charges for all parking and you need to create an account online then sign in and answer some questions and pay. You have to do it for each vehicle. You can also use a Kiosk and the condo. So that is the one small thing I didn't like.

Awesome place for a beach getaway

We fell in love with the property. It was conveniently located within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and stores. We could see the beach from our balcony which is why we selected the property in the first place. The Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Would definitely try to book this again when we go back to the area. Two thumbs up to Mary/Taylor for being such wonderful hosts.

The layout of this condo is fantastic and the views from the balcony were breathtaking. The decor could use some updating and the table on the balcony was far too small for our group. That being said, we had a wonderful stay and would stay here again.

The condo is perfect! Awesome view from the wrap around balcony. We usually always stay on the 4th floor 5 condos down from here and I was a little worried about 14th floor. It wasn’t too high up. Would go back to this condo again.

Great Family Vacation!

Amazing view from our balcony. We enjoyed getting up in the morning drink coffee and watch the dolphins. Biggest part of the day was spent on the beautiful beach. Condo was very clean. Kitchen was very well equipped with everything. We enjoyed our stay

Spring getaway

The condo was beautiful, stunning views. It was very clean and well-equipped. Jeff was great helping us get settled in and suggesting things to do in the area. We enjoyed the beach and loved cycling in Gulf State Park using the free bike-share program they have. We will come back!

Great location!

Overall, a great stay. Pictures did not do the view justice! The unit was clean, easy to access, and everything was as listed. Our only disappointments were that the indoor pool was closed for repairs our entire trip (actively being repaired so shouldn’t be a problem) and the table on the balcony was being replaced so we had no table to enjoy the amazing views outside. Minor things that do not change my overall rating of this condo given our location, views, and value for the price!
