This condo is spacious enough, it could use some kitchen and bathroom updates. The cleaning service could do a better job. There was a used filthy sponge in the kitchen for us to used during our stay, one very small cheap roll of paper towels. Guest bathroom tub would not drain so showers were ankle deep. Toilet lid is very old and needs to be replaced. Exhaust fan in master bathroom did not work. We were asked not to use washcloths for makeup removal but to use towelettes provided, however, non were provided. We really like the location, but would only stay in this unit again if the above upgrades were made. Thank you

Great condo

Great clean conveniently located condo. Quieter end of beach which we love. Our only complaint was the parking lot. Spaces are very tight especially for those with larger size vehicles. One nt we had to circle waiting for a space because there were not enough spaces for number of tenants. We would definitly stay again if we drove a rental or smaller car.

Perfect!

This was a perfect stay for our family! There was plenty of room! The parking was easy, the location was great! And the beach was wonderful! This was our 2nd time in Orange Beach. The building was quiet and it was easy to get around. The condo was perfectly set up with everything we needed. The patio overlooking the beach was large and a great spot for breakfast. I told my wife many times that this was exactly what I want when I come to the beach vacation!

Beautiful condo

The property is as pictured. It was very clean, plenty of towels, beds were comfortable. Beautiful views and great balcony furniture. As with all sleeper sofas, the one in the living room was not comfortable. Maybe restuffing the cushions? But there were other comfortable chairs to use. Caroline is an excellent host, very responsive and friendly. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Family Vacay

This was our 6th visit to Emersld coast as a family. The location was great for us to relax without the extreme business of more commercial areas. The condo was the cleanest of all the places we have stayed in the past and everything presented just as advertised. If we visit that exact area again, we would definitely reserve that unit again!

quiet and beautiful

Great location, condo is in a quieter/ less crowded area of OBA, which we prefer. the water was crystal clear, warm and swimmable and the weather was beautiful. we had a wonderful time with one of my adult children and her spouse. We hope to return soon. We cooked dinner (kitchen well equipped) a few times and ate dinner out. Although near by restaurants were packed, the wait for a table was no longer than ten minutes each time. We enjoyed drinking coffee and watching dolphins from the balcony in the morning and walking along the beach in the afternoon.

Perfect location! Everything was just as described and wonderful! We felt safe the entire time, as the security guard walked the property constantly. The condo was very comfortable and roomy and had all the necessities we could possibly need. I will definitely book here again!

Great condo

Wonderful overall experience. Only 2 minor criticisms, several more washcloths would be nice. There were plenty of towels though. And I would personally like a working wall clock in the unit. A beautiful big clock was there but it either didn't work or it needed a battery. I would definitely recommend this unit.

As pictured… very clean… comfortable furniture and bed. Great door wall opening up to large patio and great view. Nice location next to public beach area but not crowded. I’d recommend and stay here again.

Fantastic!

We just got back from our stay and everything was just great! We loved the location, just 1 mile from Florabama so we could easily walk, which we enjoy. Having access to the boat docks, launch and parking was perfect. We brought our boat for the first time and everything went smoothly arranging that, we arrived after hours and all the paperwork we needed was ready and waiting just where management said it would be. The condo itself was very nicely decorated, well stocked and all the furniture was very comfortable. The balcony had very comfortable furniture as well and a great ocean view. All the appliances worked great, showers were hot and worked well. Check in was a breeze as we were simply given the code prior to arrival and didn’t have to do anything but go on in. Which is super convenient after our long drive getting there. There is ample parking in the lot and the building is well cared for. We are very happy and would definitely consider staying here again on our next trip!

Low density property means more beach to enjoy!

Low density older property but don’t let that fool you! Our condo was exactly as pictured and very well maintained and seemed to have gone through a recent renovation. It was very clean when we arrived and offered enough kitchen amenities for everything we needed. We loved the outdoor patio table and chairs that allowed us to enjoy the view of the beach. We normally choose a higher level but chose a second level view for something a little different and we really enjoyed it! WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE THAT THE BEACH ISN’T CONGESTED! It is so nice to not have to fight for space to enjoy the beach! Location is great! Our king bed slept great and I didn’t sleep in the other beds so I can’t give an opinion on those mattresses. As mentioned, an older condo but more than adequate to enjoy an affordable beach stay with friends or family. We brought 3 adult children and had a great time! Thank you!
