We loved our stay here. We had 7 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep. Very clean. The patio is phenomenal! Lots of seating, shaded, great view. Right on the beach. We rented two loungers with an umbrella for the week and used them every day. We did breakfast/lunch at the condo or on the beach and went out to dinner each night. Lots of wonderful restaurants in the area. A successful and relaxing vacation!!

Great location!

We loved the location. The furniture and beds are updated and comfortable. It is an older condo building with smaller bathrooms, 1 sink and tub/shower combos. Kitchen is adequately stocked -but no extras like a Keurig or spices, seasonings, etc. Balcony has comfortable seating and is nice and roomy for 4-6 people. It was great for a winter get away.

great location

This property was at a great location for our fall break trip. We had two adult couples and our 13 year old son, so everyone had plenty of space to stretch out. It was easy to use the kitchen, and there were plenty of pans and utensils on site to have a meal. The balcony was amazing too! We would definitely use this condo again if we're in the Orange Beach area.

Was disappointed that only 2 parking passes were available for 3 bedroom units. Parking lot was only 40% full and received warning to move 3rd vehicle from premises or car would be booted

Cried when we had to leave

The title says it all! The condo was perfect! Plenty of room for a family of 7 which included two small children. The huge balcony was one of the highlights of our trip. When we were at the condo, we were on the balcony! You need to check it out on their website! Our view was amazing! We were on the 12th floor! What a view! Pleasantly surprised we did not have long waits for the elevators either! That was nice when you have young children! This was a 3 generation family beach trip! As our 3 year old granddaughter said everyday,”Best day ever!” I cannot praise our hostess, Jessica enough! She is amazing! She always replied quickly and helped me through the entire process! ! I couldn’t have done it without her! Also want to add there were plenty of kitchen items and we enjoyed cooking many meals there! Absolutely nothing negative about our stay in this condo! Great family memories! Thanks to all who were apart of our stay!

Beautiful condo!

White Caps 1205 is a beautifully decorated and very well-stocked condo. It was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 1 child. The huge balcony with comfy patio furniture was a popular spot to read and relax. Thanks for sharing your beautiful condo with us!

Perfect Relaxing Getaway

My mom and I had such an amazing, relaxing getaway here. The unit looks just like the pictures and the proximity to the beach and the view from the patio was just what I was looking for. I would love to come back! I would advise to come prepared with any kitchen seasonings you’ll need (like salt and pepper). There was also lots of closet space but no hangers so I would probably bring a couple hangers next time. Thanks for an incredible getaway! It was hard to leave :)

Week of bliss

Absolutely beautiful condo in a perfect location. Decor was awesome and the owner sure made it feel cozy! Kitchen was the best stocked of any condo we have stayed in. The bed was a little too firm for us, but that is just our preference. The management company we dealt with was incredible, responded so quickly to any questions I had and made check-in super easy and convenient. Our favorite part of the condo was the incredible deck with comfortable furniture and an outstanding view! We will be back!

Beautiful Condo with Terrific Oceanfront Patio

This condo in Orange Beach was wonderful! It was beautifully decorated, CLEAN, and the leasing agency was the most thorough and helpful of any place we've stayed. But that was all icing on the cake -- the feature that really drew us to this unit was the patio -- not only a gorgeous view of the ocean and beach, but a full-sized cushioned sofa, chairs and more! I spent most of my days reading on that patio, listening to the ocean-- which was exactly what I was dreaming of doing! I'm so happy the reality was exactly what was promised. Thank you!

Nice unit

We vacation every year between Perdido Key and Orange beach. White Caps is an older condo but this unit was newly redone and accommodated us well. The beds could have been better but they were still good and we loved the sheets! Enjoyed ourselves!
