Perfect view in need of an update

The property was adequate and offered a splendid beach view. There was some work being done on the balcony - it had ruts in the concrete as if it had been blasted with a jackhammer. Also, a couple of large work buckets had been left behind in the den by someone. Finally, there were very few plugs available to charge electronic devices, which gave the place an out-of-date feel. On the plus side the condo was very comfortable and clean with nice decor.

Nice!

It was nice just to walk down to the beach from our place. The only downfall I would say about the place is if you would like to walk to restaurants or places they are not typically walking distance unless you’re athletic and young and can appreciate the heat. Lol. So we Ubered the whole time we were here.Never had a long wait for a ride. King bed very comfortable and it was nice to be provided with the basic essentials when we got there.

Family Vacation

Location is wonderful, beach access is extremely convenient. The condo was clean and well stocked. The only thing that wasn’t exactly ideal is the parking situation. Definitely not enough parking in the main lot. Overflow is across a busy street which I did not know or missed in the original booking. It worked out fine but it is a bit of a hassle.

Fine stay, could use some updates

This property is in a great location and clean. The best part was the beach front views and watching dolphins on the patio every morning. The private beach was lovely. But note: There are no tents allowed at the property so thankfully there was an umbrella in the closet or ones to rent. Also we had two parking passes but just needed one. Even so, we almost didn’t have a place to park a few evenings. People were parked in unmarked spots. I would say the building overall needs some attention. The condo was convenient and had all we needed but the peeling paint on the walls, vanities and ceilings left us feeling underwhelmed. Some of the lights didn’t work and I think for the value we may stay somewhere else. This could be an A+ with some standard updates and maintenance.

Short Anniversary get away

We really enjoyed our stay. Only reason I did not give 5 stars on all questions is due to some painting needed. I’m sure some wear and tear is expected and did not prevent us from enjoying our stay. We would stay here again.

Right on the beach.

We have stayed at 103 several times now. It's not over crowded and right on the beach. It has a great balcony for coffee and dolphin watching in morning and drinks in evening. Condo has everything you will need.

Our stay

Property had minor repairs that were needed, but was clean. Vrbo offered to make repairs during our stay, but I declined. Building and other visitors were family friendly, my teens were safe to go to the beach w/o me.

The best view & a short walk to the beach!

Great 1st floor condo!

We loved being on the 1st floor and a short walk to the beach! There was some sand grains in the bed on the first night there (not from us). I know some sand is expected but in the bed seemed weird to me. Overall we loved it and will see about staying in this condo again!! Property mgrs were very nice and promptly replied to my txt. Stay here!!
