Family vacation!

This condo did not disappoint! We vacation with our 6 adult children and 2 grands every year. We haven’t been back to Turquoise since we stayed through the 2020 hurricane. The views in this room are like none other. We have stayed in many condos and this one has the best views! We will be back!!

Beautiful Condo & Great stay! We had our office retreat here for a long weekend. We could not have picked a better location! Great amenities at Turquoise Place! Our condo itself is tastefully decorated with most all you need while at the beach. We loved the view at the end of the building that wraps around half way around the entire condo, so you can see the ocean and the bayside. Chair rentals were easy & helpful young men to get us a good spot on the beach. We had Walmart delivery for cold items we couldn't bring...excellent choice. The elevators in the evening were a wait, so be prepared if you have dinner reservations. This was mine and my husband's 3rd time to stay at Turquoise Place and we will definitely be back! We consider it the best by far in OB.

Excellent place

Loved this place for the space and views it provided. Great location, beach, with so many amenities. The beds were a little creaky, but the staff offered assistance if we wanted it to find a resolution. Hot tub was amazing, the grill was a little finicky to get started, but we managed. Will definitely be returning.

Beautiful getaway!!

The property was amazing! A expansive unit with ample space for the whole family. Each spacious bedroom had its own bathroom with walking closets. The kitchen was a chef’s dream. It was full of dishes and cookware. The appliances were high end and large enough for all our cooking needs. The view from the decks gave us beautiful views of the beach and the city lights. Truly an amazing week.

Great condo, just needs some attention to detail

This condo is beautiful. Lots of room. Clean. Great location. There were some issues however. When we first checked in maintenance men were there very loudly (we couldn’t hear each other speaking) working on the kitchen sink. They were done approximately an hour after we checked in. The jet tub in the master bath wouldn’t work, when we notified the manager, we were told they knew it wasn’t working and had a control panel ordered. There was a crack in one of the chairs at the bar that pinched our arms if we weren’t careful. A door stop on a pantry door had busted through, no big deal just was noticed. The hot tub on the balcony had something wrong that caused the water level to drop, but the daily service man for it took care of it. Overall, other than the few maintenance issues this was a great condo and my family enjoyed our stay. For the price though, those small things should have been fixed before we arrived.

A very nice condo! Very clean and nicely decorated. We have stayed in several of the condo units at Turquoise Place and this has been the best so far! Communication with property managers was great too! Will definitely stay again! Everyone had a very good time!

Annual Girls Trip

Our VRBO condo was the best vacation unit we ever had! The view spectacular!!! We did enjoy the indoor pool, fitness center, on deck jacuzzi and of course, quick access to the beach. The rooms were spacious and perfect for a week long vacation with The Girls.

Turquoise Place 1501-C

DO NOT RENT THIS CONDO UNTIL ON-SITE CONSTRUCTION IS CONCLUDED! You will have a massive bright red crane parked right out side your balcony, blocking your windows and balcony views! Dangerously close to your balcony! The construction is wrapping around the condo, including a closure of the pool in front of this unit. You will hear excessive and loud construction noise from 6am-6pm Monday- Saturday. Do not expect the owner or property manager: ALABAMA GETAWAY VACATION RENTALS to warn or notify you of this construction. In fact they will tell you they do not know of any construction when it is has been confirmed by Turquoise Place to be their construction on a new parking garage and water slide and has been going on since March 2023. Our family was not given a warning or a choice to cancel despite this being their companies’ policy. They refused to resolve this and ignored our texts, emails and voicemails. We contacted them as soon as we checked in and realized there was a massive construction project going on around the condo. Also , the balcony hot tub was broken for half the trip and could not be used. This trip caused our family incredibly unnecessary stress and anguish and was absolutely ruined by the construction that we were purposely not warned about by ALABAMA GETAWAY VACATION RENTALS! We hope this review helps prevent any future guests from unnecessary suffering as our family did.

The best view in Orange Beach

The stay was one of our favorites yet! The space was huge at 3500 square ft, and every room had a view. Floor to ceiling windows made for an awesome view even on our rainy days. Everything was very clean and we felt very comfortable in the space. It's stocked with everything you'd need to cook with along with extra serving trays and bowls if needed. Turquoise Place was really nice and the staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay again!
