Our stay at Turquoise Place C1103 definitely had its ups and down, and not sure if I would chose the Turquoise Place property again. I understand the agreement says we could not access the use of property (pool, hot tub, sauna etc) before check-in, but we just asked to park and sit. We were told no. We had already drove around and went to eat lunch.Two days into our six-night stay, the master shower handle broke. Maintenance came the next day but couldn’t fix it, and a plumber came the following day and still couldn’t repair it. This was inconvenience, but I didn’t complain or ask to be moved.The hot tub maintenance also caused issues. The hot tub guy came daily sometime between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m., and several times walked in while we were resting without us knowing ahead of time. The plumber also entered while we were getting ready and not dressed. I recommend texting guests a small time window before entering and installing a loud doorbell to alert guests.On the day before our last day, the hot tub was closed and locked, cause they said it was unsafe even though it was checked daily and had only been my husband and me using it responsibly with no food or drinks. This was disappointing since the hot tub and shower were the main reasons I chose this condo.
