Beautiful Orange Beach

We've stayed at Turquoise Place multiple times (first time in this unit). Turquoise Place is an amazing place to stay with kids. Lazy river, indoor & outdoor pools, putt putt, water slide, kids activities (best for young kids) all directly on the beautiful beach! Chair/umbrella servide available.

Never Again

This was the worst condo we’ve ever stayed in. The unit was extremely down. This is obviously a rental dog. Paint and drywall issues throughout. All the doors stick. Cabinetry is chipped and splitting. The pillows and sheets were in-usable. The management company basically ran to the dollar store and purchased some for us after we complained but they were just as bad. The living room furniture was very uncomfortable. The outdoor table was so rusted we couldn’t sit at it. Last but not least, there was construction in the unit above us all week from 8-5 our entire stay. So loud we couldn’t even speak to each other. Complaints were not addressed. It ruined our trip. This place is extremely expensive to book and is sold as a “luxury” experience. Yea right. We will never stay here again. Save yourself the headache and book elsewhere.

Update

The view was amazing and condo was clean and satisfying. Now the bad gas grill was horrible not usable possible fire hazard. Microwave in kitchen was not working and trim was off of it replaced with Walmart style on bar was ok. Had a note in master bath that jacuzzi that jets are not working. Over all great stay. Will stay again

Family vacation

The property was just as listed and was very nice. There were some things not working in the condo but the management company was very responsive and worked on getting things fixed quickly. The condo was very nice and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

Annual beach vacation

Overall I think the condo was great for us! We choose the Turquoise every year. The room had everything we needed, everyone slept well, & a gorgeous view from the 26th floor. However I think there are a few things missing when paying attention to detail. The pictures are gorgeous, just some updating on a few things need to happen for the amount of money guests spend.

We have stayed at the property before in a different condo under a different company. C2608 was not as nice, needs some upkeep. Hot tub was not working for the entire week, we called ahead and they said it was working, we were given a very small credit for this. It is just not worth the price for what it is. Stayed at the new Phoenix Tower last year and the condo was much nicer.

Enjoyable, Stress Free Spring Break Get Away

The reservation process was very easy. The check in process was very easy. Parking arrangements were excellent. Luggage carts at the property was readily available. The condo was clean and well set up for guest with necessary kitchen items, linens, towels, etc... The pool and pool bar/food service area was excellent and timely with service. We had one issue with the air conditioning not working one night, but we notified management and they had both condo maintenance and an outside HVAC contractor in the condo before the end of the next day to repair the air conditioning and have it back working. Overall excellent experience, and would stay at this condo again.

Quick trip

It’s great location and condo. The property didn’t have our check In information so we had to call and figure that out after a 7 hr drive and have security let us in which was frustrating but after we finally got in it was good. Hot tub didn’t work, but we didn’t plan to use anyway. They were in and out trying to fix it and never got it working.

Overall Decent Experience

When we were 30 minutes from the property, (this is also Approx 30 minutes after checkin) I received a call that there was an A/C problem and the property manager was there to fix the issue. I requested that before we check in that we check the unit to ensure the A/C was definitely working. They reassured me that it was just a quick fix and it had been resolved. When I finally convinced them to let me check on it before checking in, the A/C was still not working. I had not signed our rental agreement yet and let them know that this was the case: The rental agreement states THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MEcHANICAL FAILURES including A/C issues and will not be responsible for providing a refund. 4 night stay, costed over 3,000, A/C issue before we checked in and when I spoke to the director of operations, she blatantly stated “I DONT OWE YOU ANYTHING”. I believe this is more than enough of a reason to never utilize this property management company again. While she did back down and say give her until 6 PM and if it was not fixed, they would try to work something out but no guarantee of refund so we could rebook at the same location that had other openings, that just screams bad business to me. They did fix it by 6 PM and the rest of the trip was great with no complaints. However, the start of the trip was definitely rocky and I question what the result would have been had they not been able to fix the A/C.

View was amazing. Room was very nice. The down side was no working hottubs anywhere on the property

The balcony hottubs and jacuzzi tub were big factors in 8s choosing thos property. To arrive and find out that none of them worked was upsetting. The TV in the living room lost wifi on Friday and wasn't fixed before we left on Sunday. Other than those issues it's a nice place. Would I book again? For the price I paid I expected everything operational and maybe beach chairs on the beach. So probably not at that price point.
