Staying at the Turquoise Place was literally a dream come true. The condo was Gorgeous and the views were even better especially enjoying it in the private hot tub.

End of season getaway!

Great property. Loved the location and with it being during the school year the beach was calmer and restaurants in the area were mostly get into. Grocery super close. The hot tub was clean and well taken care of.

The week was perfect!weather,condo,services,convenience to stores and restaurants .My only critic would be,the gas grill on the patio lit,but would not get near hot enough to grill with.We just did all the cooking inside.

Great Intro to Orange Beach

We have never been to Orange Beach or Gulf Shores. It was a WONDERFUL trip. Turquoise Place has a lot to do. The unit itself is spacious and comfortable. Bathrooms were great too! Loved the view of the ocean from the living room and balcony. My only negative comment would be the cleanliness of parts of the unit. I have to wonder if maybe it needs some touch up and the living room rug cleaned from a busy summer season.

Beach Week

Overall clean property and Greg location! Couches and beds are broken down and need to be replaced.Recommend providing a printed guide book for balcony hot tub, bathroom jacuzzi tub and fire place! Aeration on balcony hot tub never worked. Water flow control knobs on back of the hot tub were stripped. Breaker for the bathroom hot tub was tripped. Liquid Life and front desk were worthless!

Great Stay

Everything was fine except the check in process. As a person who frequently travels, most resorts allow the use of the property amenities a few hours before check in. This was not the case. Had to use public beach access for 3 hours until 4PM came along. Uncalled for. I could have easily set up my beach chairs in front of the resort and not bothered anyone until check in.

Fireworks was the only thing that saved the trip.

The hot tub did not function for our 7 day stay. The cigarette smell was overwhelming. The company that oversees the condo in particular is way under preforming. unexpected bad attitudes with the condo Maintenace people. Will never rent via this platform or that company.

Disappointed with our condo stay and lack of communication from management. The only reason we picked this dated condo was solely because of the balcony hot tub. Upon arrival we were informed hot tub was closed for two weeks and we were never notified by management company. For the money spent we would have assumed picked a nicer condo without a hot tub. The lack of communication was disappointing as we arrived with three teenage girls excited about spending evenings in the hot tub. We will be rebooking again at Turqoise Place and will do a better job of setting expectations.

Beautiful condo and complex

From the moment we arrived we were in vacation paradise. The condo is well appointed, roomy and tastefully decorated. The complex itself is well maintained. The indoor and outdoor pools were clean. Check in was a breeze. The views were spectacular. Helpful tips: bring beach towels. There are none in the condo and the resort doesn’t provide any at the pools. If you are going to cook remember to bring your own stuff like spices, condiments, foil and bags. There are 2 ice makers—no need to bring ice! The full size washer and dryer was great. Bring laundry detergent if you plan on doing more than one load. Had the knives been sharper and the bath towels just a little softer i would tell you this condo deserved 6 stars.

All I can say is WOW! Everything about our stay was perfect. To start, the communication from Liquid Life was timely, clear, and informative. I knew exactly what to expect at every stage in the process. The condo itself is BEAUTIFUL! We only had 4 in our stay which gave each of us our own space. There is so much room in this unit that even at max capacity it would not feel cramped. Host provided all the necessary cooking and cleaning utensils so we were able to prepare food in unit and enjoy the beautiful views. On that subject, the views were absolutely GORGEOUS! The balcony view was not obstructed, you could see for miles down the shoreline. You are literally steps from the white sand beach…do yourself a favor and take a walk before 7am, it’s breathtaking. The beach was clean and chairs/umbrellas were set up everyday early. I’m not an outdoorsy person at all but found myself hanging out on the balcony as much as possible just soaking it all in. The property was so quiet, it felt like we had the whole tower to ourselves. It’s close to so many restaurants and shops. I can’t say enough great things about the unit and PM company. Admittedly, I was skeptical booking a place with just a handful of reviews but it was absolutely worth it and blew away our expectations. Will definitely stay on this property in the future.
