Condo was clean and well furnished. Beachball properties rated a 5 star also. Had problems with door code on arrival at 9pm on Saturday and they resolved within 5 minutes. Would highly recommend.

Great beach front condo
Tidy, fresh efficient condo in a great central location. Property was clean and well kept. Pool area nice with adequate seating. Would recommend this unit to friends.

Great location
Can't complain about anything on this trip. Weather wasn't great, not the fault of the property. Would stay in this unit over and over. I even looked at available property in the Tidewater building.

Fantastic!!
After a terrible experience last year with another rental company, I went local and will always book with Beach Ball Properties! We loved the room and want to book it again for next year! Our kids loved the bunk beds, I love that the bedroom has a separate door for privacy, the full kitchen was great for breakfast and lunch and the view was absolutely perfect! Can't wait to go back to the beach!!

Excellent!!
Beautiful condo!! The only 'dislike' I would say was the bed was extremely hard and therefore less than comfortable, but every other aspect was wonderful and I would definitely plan on booking this particular condo again!!!

Great condo!
Condo was very clean! Nice & updated. My teenagers fit nicely in the hallway bunkbeds. The only things I would suggest would be to supply the condo w a few grilling/ bbq tools, and maybe a few boardgames for kids. Overall stay was great!

room 304 was clean and updated very nice porch facing beach, only problem we had was tidewater pool cold not heated and Jacuzzi wasn't working .

The condo was very clean and comfortable. It had all the necessary items for a good stay. Only draw back were the elevator repairs which made it time consuming depending on the time of day. But I would recommend the property and the rental agency to all. We liked the added touches with coupons, supplies and the communication with the reps.

Sweet spot
My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Tidewater 304. The property is well kept! The condo has incredible views and everything we needed for a sweet vacation getaway was at our fingertips. The condo is decorated nicely with a comfy bed, a good size balcony and the working Ice machine from the fridge was great! We walked across the street for delicious food at Zekes and not only were the elevators fast they provided carts to make getting our stuff unloaded a breeze! It's definitely a sweet spot! I can't wait to return!

Overall very good
Overall very nice stay. The indoor pool, the hot tub and one of the elevators were out of order while we were there. Things happen and need maintenance I get that but really thought they should have made up for the inconvenience in some way. But I would stay there again and not give it a second thought..

Nice property but the problem is that only on elevator was working. We also had serious issues with getting the door to lock.

Nice Stay
Overall, we enjoyed our stay! The room was comfortable with all the amenities we expected. Only two small issues: Owners should consider investing in blackout curtains in the main bedroom. Light from the outside made it difficult to sleep. Two, a strange smell came from the cabinet where pots/pans were stored. I had to wash every pan before use. I don't think the previous renters cleaned them before storing.

Tidewater 304
Make the HOA Rules visible on the sliding balcony door about hanging towels on the railing. A hand held shower would have been nice with kids, since the water pressure was so low. All in all, it was OK, but not the best. ALSO, we were told that Tidewater complained about chair and umbrella renters being close to the water. The 2nd day, we could not see our small children in the ocean from where the chairs were. Paying customers should be up front. Slightly disappointed overall.

Not smooth sailing
First the photos of the condo are misleading the condo is very small. It is very nice though and the view is the best part. The pool
Not so nice and outdoor heated pool incredibly small. Ok so when we arrived I called Beach Ball properties because there is no attendants or desk at this condo. I requested another parking pass because husband had to bring car because he was going to work. It was denied and was told the only option was to pay for a rental space on canal at gulf coast rentals. This began the inconvenience. I had to take him to his vehicle daily. Next the detailed condo violation's make sure you read them. We came up from beach and left a dirty beach bucket that I didn’t want to bring inside for 2 hours and I had a violation ticket in door. On another occasion we tried to dry towels on balcony and yes you guessed it another violation ticket in door. It was like we were being stalked on our trip. I have stayed at much nicer places and have never experienced these kind of letters in door daily. This place is not nice in total to be acting like they can slip letters in your door every 2 hours. I have stayed at Turquoise and never ever received this kind of treatment. Ending this conversation I will never stay at this condo location again. I will also try to never use beach ball properties. Thank you
