What a disappointment!

We arrived and the unit had sand on the surfaces. On the first night one of the toilets made a squealing night and no one slept. The shower in that room filled up with water bc the drain “had a raccoon” in it it was so clogged according to the maintenance man who came in the last day. That toilet was never fixed. The first full day a second toilet broke so in order to use it you had to take the top off and manually flush it. The carpet was disgusting. Stained and hair everywhere. Hair on the bathroom floors and the bedding. The unit smells like smoke the second you cross the threshold. It is super dated and we tried to stay out of it as much as possible. Just gross and would never rent from them again. The rental company never responded to the email I sent the first night. The maintenance man only showed on the last day and didn’t have the parts to “fix everything and had too many calls to come back.” Horrible experience.

Family vacation

The view was fabulous and the condo was big enough for all 11 of us. We loved everything except the building elevators which were always crowded and in short supply. The condo itself was wonderful!

Family Vacay

First Impression of unit was amazing. Insanely beautiful views and the unit has a great layout for a large family to move around with no issue! Any issue that I had was more so with the items in my unit, like older kitchen furniture and broken small appliances like vacuum and one of the coffee pots. However I would stay here again, we had a great time.

nice property

It was nice location and property. A maintenance person just came into property without knocking/ringing doorbell that was shocking to us. That was a major negative for our stay. Parking is not included in price of stay--that was misleading when it said you can get 3 parking passes--I thought that meant it was included but it was not. Property itself is very nice.

Wonderful vacation

We had 3 generations in this lovely suite and enjoyed our stay so much. It has a beautiful corner view, four bedrooms with very comfortable beds, and very clean accomadations. I would highly recommend this unit.

Orange Beach Summer Vacation

Spent 5 nights at the Phoenix II West ; it’s perfect for families with children-you have the pool, slide, and beach. You have the lazy river for adults. Plenty of grills. Plenty of room in the condo. We didn’t have to leave property the whole time. We loved it and plan to return.

Amazing balcony

We enjoyed our stay here! There was plenty of room and we had almost everything that we needed. The balcony view was amazing! The beds were comfortable and overall very quiet. We loved the beach access and the lazy river. Everyone visiting the resort was happy and friendly. The elevators are very slow and were always crowded, so be prepared when you leave the apartment. The location was great for us because we didn't really plan to eat out or shop. However, if this was wanted, this property is driving distance or long walk to places to eat or shop. We did have issues with our kitchen sink. A pipe began to leak in kitchen sink. We called the front desk and 2 maintenance men came up to look at it. They said that they would need to put in a work order. Hours later another maintenance worker came up, complained about the other workers, and asked what we had done to cause the problem. This did not sit well with us. He fixed the sink eventually. We thought the problem was fixed. The following day, it leaked again. We called the front desk and were told that a work order would be put in. We had no response for the rest of our stay. My husband eventually fixed it so that we could have running water in the kitchen. Additionally, we were only given one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1/2 paper towel roll, 1 small packet of dishwasher detergent, and NO dish soap for a 4 night stay with 10 people. For the price, I expected those supplies to be provided within reason. It was a great experience, but sometimes the little things can be aggravating. We would stay here again.

Great condo but a couple big negatives

Positives - The condo was great! Comfortable beds and very clean. Very large with a bathroom in each room. Perfect for our large family. Loved the view from each room and loved the pool, water slide, and splash pad. Perfect for all our kids. Negatives - the elevators are SO slow. We waited a long time for elevators which was frustrating. Also, the facility would not give us more than 3 parking passes even though we had 4 people who drove. I didn’t feel that was fair given we rented a 4 bedroom condo and had 4 people who all drove. Was very upset that our fourth car had to be parked in an overflow construction area that was gravel and was not in walking distance from our condo. To top it off there was plenty of extra parking on every floor. I mean a lot of parking. So we were very frustrated that we were not all allowed to park at our condo. The front desk people were not even willing to compromise at all which was surprising, again, because there was so much extra parking.
