Enjoyed our time at this location. We did find that they didn’t offer much in regards to the kitchen but it gets the job done. Would stay again!

Beautiful and spacious condo right on the beach. Our group of 5 adults and 5 kids never felt cramped. Easy access to everything the area offers. Perfect place for a family vacation and we can't wait to go back.

Great for multiple families

This was our second stay this month at the Oasis with multiple family members. The set up is perfect. No need to go any where else. So much fun in one location!

Excellent stay October 2024

My family and I had a wonderful time over fall break staying in this condo. My kids have requested to come back to the same location in the future. There was plenty of space for 8 of us. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook. A favorite was the ice machine! We look forward to staying again in the future.

Spacious and Nice

The room was spacious with three bedrooms and four bathrooms. Even though the 23rd floor was super high, we had amazing views. The lazy river was nice and relaxing. The entire stay was enjoyable!!

Christmas get away

Condo was very nice. Plenty of room. Minor issues. Was disappointed that hot tubs at pool were not usable during stay therefore the hot tub and sauna on the 14 th floor was always full. Property was very clean

Ammenities were nice, but appliances in condo were barely holding on, the trash chute room didnt have a light that worked, and the hot tubs couldn’t really be called anything but a warm tub. Kitchens were also hardly stocked with cooking untensils.

Great condo, spacious and comfortable.

The condo was just as it appears in the pictures. Very comfortable and spacious. All staff was courteous and helpful. We loved the lazy river and of course the proximity to the beach. Liquid life was quick to respond. My only recommendations would be to take binoculars and try The Flying Harpoon across the street, everything we had was great!

Fantastic get away

The property was pristine clean. Everything was beautiful and perfect. The pool areas were great. No complaints. Our. Offer maker was broken and property manager replaced it within an hour.

Awesome Condo W/ Great Amenities!

We had a wonderful time in 2307! Four adults and two children with plenty room. Awesome balcony views and the most equipped kitchen ever, literally anything plus more in there. The only thing I’d say is a downfall to this complex is the lack of elevators, sometimes it took us about 20 minutes to get where we were going but otherwise everything was perfect!

Spring break

First visit to Orange beach, it was better than anticipated. Condo was wonderful everything was as described. Beach is amazing at this property. Lots of great restaurants and shopping close by. Gulf shores state park is wonderful (free) we borrowed bike and rode around the park for a few hours, nice break for us. Pensacola naval air museum is an absolute must see also (free). Only suggestion for rental company is more bedding/ blankets. Weather was very cool at night, and more basics in the unit li’e paper products, coffee filters, trash bags etc.. we traveled by air so having to purchase these items was a bit of a hassle, and added expense that was unnecessary in my opinion. Overall 99.9% satisfied. Great job.

Vacation

Great cocdo. Only downfall..been coming 20 years, 1st year stuff was stolen out if our cart wed night from common area. Lady on camera going through all the carts and picking stuff out..security could not find her after she got off on 4th floor..has to be an inside job.

Started out blah but turned into marvelous

Unknown to us, the property location had under gone a severe storm before our arrival, which left us without cell phone service. We were unable to contact our family at home to let them know we had arrived. Also, the beds had not been made prior to our arrival. We found out the electricity had gone off due to the storm. All in all -- it was a fabulous trip and we will return next year. I was surprised by the lack of implements in the kitchen, but know know that I will bring my own next time.

Check in was good. Everything was clean. There is zero coverage for AT&T phone use in this building (not the unit's fault). The beds could use upgrading to quality mattresses, like a temperpedic type foam mattress. The tv in the living room was so old that the shows would freeze in refresh mode. We didn't try the other tvs. The kitchen had adequate pans and supplies. I loved the layout of the condo. The elevators were slow, especially when alot of people are trying to go up after rain. The condo patio and furniture were very nice. We loved the indoor pool, lazy river, splash pad and regular pool. The food and drinks were good at the little poolside bistro. I don't love paying for parking on top of the vrbo fees (60) and many condos offer free beach service. This one doesn't. Lastly, after taking our first batch of stuff out to the car, we were locked out of the unit before checkout time. That caused some stress, as we had two very antsy kids whose toys were all inside. I called the Liquid Life people (after I was finally able to get a call to go through) and they provided a new code so we could finish checking out. All to say, if you don't need a tv and aren't persnickety about mattress quality or talking to your family if you have AT&T wireless, this is a great condo!

Awesome, we Loved it!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: So we wanted a Condo on the Beach with a Lazy River so choices few so a bit worried about quality. Well I found Phoenix West II and found was a recent build by Brett Robinson so knew would be a nice place and boy I was right. Now unit 2307 was absolutely mean for us as I am disabled and in a powerchair. The unit is as close to the elevators as can be(can't hear them) so was perfect plus also made easy for the rest of group who also can't get around easily. Decor is beautiful and layout very comfortable and could easily get around condo in powerchair. Clean well-appointed and everything working fine But is on the 23rd floor. We didn't mind much as River is open 7am-11pm so noise level not issue. Patio is large and has 4 chairs and a lounger and still room to move. You will see both Sunrise and Sunset. Highly recommend this unit

I would not book this unit until they do some work!

The unit was located in a building we have stayed in two other times so we obviously lije it and the location and until now have never had a problem. This unit needs serious attention. The mattress in the master was so hard you could feel the coils through it and needs to be replaced. The carpet was absolutely disgusting! We would not go barefooted in any of the bedrooms, the furniture in the living room and the drapes were very dirty and nit comfortable and need to be replaced. The unit also needs repainted and the running toilet in the bathroom needs to be fixed. I would NEVER have chosen that unit had I known it was in this condition! The owner/management should be ashamed if themselves for not taken care of these issues before summer and yet charge more money than I have ever paid for this building. I would NOT rent again!
