We loved this condo! It was super clean and well furnished. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the new adult only area with the pool and cafe. It’s a great addition to the property. We had one small maintenance issue that was taken care of promptly. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful!

The condo was beautiful and well maintained. We LOVED the couch and spacious table on the balcony. The grounds of The Oasis are very relaxing. We really appreciated the adults only pool and bar. Our family used the pickleball and basketball courts. We will definitely stay here again.

Oasis 2502

This property was in excellent condition, and nicely decorated. Really enjoyed this property. Kitchen could use some non-stick skillets/pans. Kitchen was otherwise well-furnished. Liked the ice maker and other appliances. Did not get Alabama Getaways to answer their after hours phone number listed in their emails.

Nice but not luxury

We have stayed at formerly Phoenix West ll since it opened. This property was nowhere near the quality of the others we have rented for less through Brett Robinson. The beds were worn out & so was living furniture. No sheets for foldout bed . No coasters, wobbly end tables. Not worth the money.

NOLA Girls trip

Everything was great. Condo was very clean and spacious. It was beautifully decorated. Access to the beach was convenient. My only negative comment deals with the parking passes. I read that is was 20$ but it was actually 60$ per vehicle. No big deal but I wish we would’ve known before. Overall it was a great trip!

Beautiful but slept on a soiled master bed

We were taken away with the lovely condo and the view of the ocean. Everything looked clean and shiny so I not do my usual inspection of the linens and baths. Unfortunately, I made a huge mistake by notdoing so because after pulling ghe linen back, we found some nasty looking yellowish brown stains that we thought looked like crap on his side of the bed. You cant imagine our shock at having seen this. Upon examjnation of the bedding we noticed other signs of unclean sheets. At our checkout we were asked to not strip the beds but in all good faith I could not take the chance that someone else might sleep on filthy linen so I stripped the beds leaving it on the bed. I reported this mishap to Kristen who did not respond so I got in contact with a second person Ashley who got the ball rolling. The house keeping person came in and changed all the linens even the ones in the other two bedrooms as our other guests had not arrived and to be on the safe side they wanted to make sure everything was up to par. Unfortunately our guests arrived before the person finished making the beds but at least we were certain they were all clean. The first day of our stay the indoor pool was closed and we were promised a $50.00 adjustment on our bill which was never applied. I did hear from the owner of the property who did not follow through on her promises. Beyond all of this it is a nice condo, all and all, but make sure you check everything out before you use it, just in case.

Great Condo

Great location, lovely condo, all as advertised. The only issue we experienced was during the checkout process, the code for our door was changed prematurely, and it took a good half hour to contact the rental company to get the code so we could finish. The vacation ended on a sour note as a result. A shame, really.

Gorgeous View & Condo

First time to stay on the 25th floor and LOVED it! The condo was as pictured and very clean. Not one negative remark to be said about it. Great facility, Phoenix West II, and close to trail head for great biking and running. Will be back next year and want to stay in this same condo:)

Beautiful condo… Exactly as pictured!

This unit on the 25th floor was absolutely amazing. The condo was well maintained and the kitchen was fully stocked with all of the cookware that we needed. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time there. My only complaint was that there was a little mildew in the master shower. The amenities at Phoenix West II are top notch. We will definitely request this unit again on our next visit to the beach!

Family vacation

Condo is beautiful with breathtaking views of the beach and ocean. Plenty of room for a big family. We had a party of five and had more than enough room for everyone to be comfortable. So close to all the popular restaurants and attractions.
